I was almost hesitant when booking the appointment because they stay booked out about a week or so however, Im so glad I kept my appointment. It was soooo worth the wait. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Nick takes the time to call and go over the findings with you and thoroughly explains things. He not once makes you feel pressured or that you are being taken advantage of. If you have been on the fence about this shop I would recommend giving them a try...I promise you wont be disappointed!

5 /5 Cinnamon Williams: I cannot say enough good things about this repair shop. Nick and his service is top notch and they took excellent care of my vehicle. I love that they call you to go over the needed repairs and costs, but they also send you the estimate through your phone so you can review and select what work you approve to be done. Then they schedule you for the repair(s) so you don’t have to question whether or not your vehicle will be worked on and/or completed that day. We knew exactly what would be happening so we could plan out our day accordingly. They also have a key box that you can securely drop your key in to drop your vehicle off before they open, and they even have a lockbox system so you can securely pick up your vehicle after hours. I was super impressed! My car is working great and I love that they are a small town repair shop! Supporting local businesses is important!! I’ll recommend them time and time again! 5 /5 Stacy Grantham: Excellent customer service. We’ve used Hamilton Auto for several of our repairs on different vehicles and Nick has always been great. He has always gotten back to us quickly and is certainly fair on his labor cost. Great communication before they do any work to your vehicle so that you understand what the issues are and what the cost will be. I would definitely recommend them for any of your vehicle repairs.
