1 /5 Andres Felipe Ruiz Rueda: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. I took my car in, suspecting a transmission issue. After their inspection, they diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuel sensor and recommended I purchase a new one, which I did based on their professional advice. However, after replacing the sensor, the issue persisted, clearly showing their initial diagnosis was incorrect.
To make matters worse, they charged me $150 for the replacement, despite the owner originally quoting $100. This inconsistency felt dishonest and unprofessional. Not only did my car remain unfixed, but I was also left with unnecessary expenses caused by their misdiagnosis and questionable pricing practices.
I expected better integrity and expertise from this business, but unfortunately, I felt taken advantage of. I cannot recommend their services.
