Its clear to me that this family business still retains anacronistic concepts like customer service, good will, and plain, old honesty wrapped in professionalism. On this recent visit, the service tech was exceptionally knowledgeable about F-150s. She also told me straight up that all of what I wanted could be done, but I likely wouldnt like the numbers. She went inside and came out 7 or 8 minutes later with a complete cost breakout of either option or a hybrid. To the penny. With a smile. My call. Done.
