Jolene Berry DO NOT GET BRAKES DONE HERE. Came in March and spent almost $500 here before taking a road trip to Mo. after the work was done I heard a screeching pressing my brakes and they said the brakes had to work in. I waited a few weeks and the sound would stop and then come back more frequently. I called again and the front desk said the mechanic “Chad” probably forgot to push a plate back in place and it could be rubbing and causing the noise. I’ve now sat for a total of 10 hours in this shop between 2 days and 3 months for them to tell me “all cars screech when you brake”. My car is a brand new Toyota Camry and they made light of me saying it was a problem. Yes my brakes were done for $500 but now it makes awful noise. They test drive it and said they don’t hear the noise. I drove w a technician and backing up he was able to hear it. He went in and basically said I was making a big deal out of nothing. Now I have to wait until my brakes are having a “bad day”, get off work, come sit up here for another few hours for WHAT??! Awful experience 100%. Car came back different than I dropped it off and they’re acting like it’s no big deal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Eymi Migliore If you want to leave without a repair and without a refund, this is the place for you! Yesterday, 5/19/25, they messed up the alignment on our TBSS. As soon as my husband backed out of the parking spot, he knew it wasnt done right. He went back in but they were QUICK to start shutting all the doors before their closing time and did not want to fix the issue that they were paid $90 for. They were told that the vehicle needed to run normally by today because it was needed to get to work this morning. We would like our money back!!

Carson LaToya (TT) There are not enough stars for me to give the review I want. Extremely professional , respectful and accommodating. To be transparent with the way the world is today when I walked in I said this is not going to be good but low and behold I was greeted with a smile spoken to with respect and compassion considering me and my 7 year old had slept in our car all night I was exhausted and so was she. I was seen promptly and even put on a kid friendly movie for my daughter to watch. Callie was the name I remembered she was a gem. I appreciate all of those who had a hand in getting my car up and running . Only took a few hrs and by morning I was back on the road . Thanks again

Trent Trent Let me just say Im extremely impressed with this shop. Something 90% of people wouldnt notice but I do, and thats the fact that the guy who installed my tires lined up the yellow dot on each tire with the valve stem like youre supposed to do! Talk about attention to detail. Because of this each tire only had a maybe a half ounce to an ounce max on each tire to balance them and these are 37" tires. Ive never had a tire shop do it right before until these guys. Also very fair pricing. 10/10 recommend!

Krista Santiago I took my vehicle to Mike Reed and they wanted me to replace my whole engine(14k) for the timing chain. I went to Rogers Auto Care for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. They changed it with no hesitation or issues. Renee was so nice and kept in contact about everything they were doing. She was honest and upfront. Her and the Techs did an amazing job and my car is running smooth.

You all were very professional and proficient with the job! I am forever grateful for their teamwork and the price I received was fair!!!

Shannon Mitchell The owner of the shop is such an honest and informative mechanic. He is very professional and also doesn’t try to get over on you by making you you pay for things the car doesn’t need. He was super informative on where to get parts from for a better price. The whole staff and shop is all around very nice and gives off great energy. I definitely would recommend to see this shop if you want honest, fair and great quality auto care!!!

Andres Felipe Ruiz Rueda I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. I took my car in, suspecting a transmission issue. After their inspection, they diagnosed the problem as a faulty fuel sensor and recommended I purchase a new one, which I did based on their professional advice. However, after replacing the sensor, the issue persisted, clearly showing their initial diagnosis was incorrect. To make matters worse, they charged me $150 for the replacement, despite the owner originally quoting $100. This inconsistency felt dishonest and unprofessional. Not only did my car remain unfixed, but I was also left with unnecessary expenses caused by their misdiagnosis and questionable pricing practices. I expected better integrity and expertise from this business, but unfortunately, I felt taken advantage of. I cannot recommend their services.

Robert Hipolito Tristan and his team assessed and fixed my transmission problem in less than 36 hours. They worked on it the moment the transmission was delivered and updated me throughout the maintenance process. Very affordable and punctual. Nothing but great recommendations for them.
