Streetmachinehead: The whole staff is super friendly. My wait time in the lobby was no more than 3-4 minutes. The office is very neat, comfortable and welcoming. The assistant who did my cleaning (Sandy) was very friendly and professional, even asked about a procedure i had done several years ago, and how that experience went. Dr. Shaw followed up after the cleaning and also asked how the prior procedure went; it was a procedure done at an oral surgeons office which he had referred me to. Sandy was also able to schedule my next 6 month cleaning right there on the spot while i was still in the chair. Great Service!!

Three of our boys have been patients in the past, and their teeth are all beautiful. Currently, our last son has braces. Dr. Flanagan has always been so compassionate to all of our children and even let our youngest look at his 3D printer when he found out that Zachary is interested in them. He always answers all questions the kids or I have, and spends as much time as needed with them. We have never felt rushed with him. As a Mom, I love bringing my kids to their appointments because the office is so warm and inviting and the staff is so friendly. Christa is amazing. And there is coffee!! The staff is super friendly and made my two boys feel very comfortable during their visit. Both the dentist and dental hygienists explained what they were doing to my boys and followed up with more information for me. The place is very clean and inviting, decorated like a jungle. The boys love the TVs over each dentist chair as well as the treats they got after their cleanings! I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga and wont be taking our children anywhere else!!

C Reefs: I was satisfied from my visit for a biannual cleaning which my insurance provider allows with 100% coverage, however when I received the bill in the mail only 80% of the normal cleaning vist was covered due to the dental hygienist charging me for an extra deep cleaning without notify me that she was going to be doing this. I called to try to work something out on the bill but they would not budge. My first visit and my last.
