I thought I knew what good quality products were until I sat down and I must say I want everything Aveda! The shine, moisture and strength I saw in my hair was unbelievable, I haven’t seen my hair in that state jn years! Essence thank you so much for a great experience! You were so patient and gentle with my hair, which I have a lot of. I found that alot of stylist I’ve been to before were impatient and complained about the amount of hair I have, but it was really refreshing to experience the love that you have for hair care through your gifted hands. I guess I’ll have to make a trip from NYC to get this type of exceptional service again. Thank you again!! Essence your hands are turkey gifted and continue to dream big.     Kay Store: I got my ears pierced at the Conyers location. Less than a week later, the earrings began to strangle my ears and cause immense pain as they sunk backwards into the piercings. I ended up having to go to the dermatologist and had to have them dug out of my bleeding ears. The doctor said that the person that pierced my ears clearly didnt know what they were doing. After reaching out to the owner, she did not offer to refund my money. Instead she tried to place the blame on me. I will never go back to this store and will tell others of the pain I endured.
