5 /5 Shirlzhair: This has been the best experience I’ve ever had in getting a wash, blow dry, silk press and trim. The products used were of great quality. I thought I knew what good quality products were until I sat down and I must say I want everything Aveda! The shine, moisture and strength I saw in my hair was unbelievable, I haven’t seen my hair in that state jn years! Essence thank you so much for a great experience! You were so patient and gentle with my hair, which I have a lot of. I found that alot of stylist I’ve been to before were impatient and complained about the amount of hair I have, but it was really refreshing to experience the love that you have for hair care through your gifted hands. I guess I’ll have to make a trip from NYC to get this type of exceptional service again. Thank you again!! Essence your hands are turkey gifted and continue to dream big. You have a great future ahead of you!

5 /5 Sierra Fleming: I usually don’t leave reviews but I had such a great experience at Djea natural hair spa that I had to! Their main priorities: awesome customer service and healthy hair! My stylist was Trayonna (aka Tray) and she did her thing. I’m restarting my healthy hair journey since I’ve always struggled with breakage and split ends. She brought my hair back to life! I got a wash, steam treatment, trim, and silk press with curl. I will definitely be back to book with her to try other styles since she’s also very versatile. Instagram: traydid_it

1 /5 Eyces Tubbs: I asked for two strands twist as my style. She asked me if I wanted two or three strands and I clarified again that I wanted two strands. Upon completion of the style I noticed that I had three and four strands all throughout my head. In addition they were poorly done and the parts look terrible. I have been to her before and she did it correctly so I’m not sure why she decided to do this to me, I have been a loyal customer. Upon reaching out I was told “ I’m not comin bk tn as far as a refund take that up with Gg.” And then was told I could only get $25 as a refund when my full service was $100. I am genuinely hurt because this is the only place I’ve trusted with my locs and now I won’t be coming back. GG and the other lady are very professional and kind but destiny needs to reevaluate her professionalism and character.
