Kay Store I got my ears pierced at the Conyers location. Less than a week later, the earrings began to strangle my ears and cause immense pain as they sunk backwards into the piercings. I ended up having to go to the dermatologist and had to have them dug out of my bleeding ears. The doctor said that the person that pierced my ears clearly didnt know what they were doing. After reaching out to the owner, she did not offer to refund my money. Instead she tried to place the blame on me. I will never go back to this store and will tell others of the pain I endured.

Dior Dior This place is bad place to get your hair done . I knew I shouldve listened to my gut . I sat under the dryer for 5 hours and I repeatedly felt my hair but kept telling me my hair was " wet" . I was the first to come in at 10 am and I left at 6 pm . Then the back of my hair was messed up and the person who was doing my hair kept showing other workers so I felt highly uncomfortable. Then my weave was 26 inches so thats like to my butt crack and when I left it was like to the middle of my back and I didnt even ask for a trim . I also seen a few roaches in the back of the salon .smh do better

Kelly Sullivan Mackenzie was great - my cut is exactly what I wanted and the color is good as well. I will be back. The only reason it is 4 stars and not five is that during check out, the owner came up and interrupted my check out to ring out his client. Not a huge deal but it was rude and he didn’t even seem to see that I was standing there when he told her to get out of the way.

Donna M Mackenzie is the best, she has been doing my hair for over a year now and Ive never had a problem. She cuts, styles and colors including highlights and it always looks great. She knows what I like so I leave it to her to decide on the details. She is also a very friendly and caring person!

Shirlzhair This has been the best experience I’ve ever had in getting a wash, blow dry, silk press and trim. The products used were of great quality. I thought I knew what good quality products were until I sat down and I must say I want everything Aveda! The shine, moisture and strength I saw in my hair was unbelievable, I haven’t seen my hair in that state jn years! Essence thank you so much for a great experience! You were so patient and gentle with my hair, which I have a lot of. I found that alot of stylist I’ve been to before were impatient and complained about the amount of hair I have, but it was really refreshing to experience the love that you have for hair care through your gifted hands. I guess I’ll have to make a trip from NYC to get this type of exceptional service again. Thank you again!! Essence your hands are turkey gifted and continue to dream big. Priscilla Dixon This has been by far the best experience I’ve had getting my hair cut! Jonathan is a barber extraordinaire, with skills sent straight from heaven! This young man gave me the actual cut and style that I thought only existed in my head! Ambiance and decor of the shop is very aesthetically appealing to all genders! Not just a cut but an encounter!

Lee Goff I was in town for the weekend. Did a Google search and pick the top rated and hoped for the best. I’m so glad I did. These guys have started something unique and very special. I got a tour and the vision is so easy to see. On top of that, the cut was excellent! Fellas, don’t hesitate to make this your spot if you live nearby. I’m from Nashville and considering driving 8 hours round trip to get my hair cut now! I’m a big time “hat guy” and I drove away with my $1200 hat in the passenger seat. But there’s so much more there than just hair…you just need to go see. You’ll be glad you did.

Kenya Brown I would like to take a moment and rave about the outstanding customer service and expertise we (my mom, son, daughter, and I) continuously receive from Mrs. Selena at the Little Divas Children’s Salon. Mrs. Selena started out washing and braiding my son’s hair from toddler through his teenage years. We would travel to Georgia from South Carolina every 2 weeks so that Mrs. Selena could work her magic on his full head of hair. Then my daughter came along, and she has been going to Mrs. Selena for years. Mrs. Selena is very considerate of her customer’s time! She does not double book her appointments and will have you in and out within 2 hours. She is huge healthy and strong hair no matter the hairstyle you choose to rock. I am gratefully for the time, hair care knowledge and patience Mrs. Selena has shown to my family and I. She is awesome!

Chy I’ve been going to Charlotte since 2015, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my hair. Tracee My mother goes to Elure salon and spa, and Charlotte does a wonderful job on her hair every time. So I decided to go to Marie who specializes in locs, and she did not disappoint. Ive had my locks for 3 years, but Ive never had a style done to it. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and all the ladies make you feel welcome. I highly recommend anyone to go to their salon. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customer is satisfied when they leave. I give them five stars, and I rate them 10 out of 10.

Dee Dee Johnson I was delightfully surprised when I got to the shop. Because of course, there were no Dominicans LOL at any rate. The first chair, I guess shes the owner. Im not sure what her name is. She does superb work as matter of fact. The next time I go back, I would like her to do my hair. My stylist took her time she did exactly what i wanted, treating my hair with care. She even greased my scalp, my only gripe was. I didnt ask how much before I sat down. Although the cost when it comes to me, its not a problem, but for a roller set, $70. I almost felt like she was trying to charge me for her entire day. It is what it is nice, people, decent atmosphere and they do good work, thank you.

Rakiya Hill if you getting your hair done and a customer walks in, they will stop doing your hair to do theirs and FINISH IT. they have their kids there and the kids be doing some of everything even climbing on you. they talk the whole entire time. they overcharge you. they take they time. you have to bring your own hair. and everything. the braids were cute but the service was bad.

Ashley I just needed a good trim and press/blowout today. I Googled Dominican hair salons near me and this one came up. I called she was open and available. She scheduled me for 12:30 and I was out by 3. My hair was really broke off. She washed it really good, I sat under the steam dryer, got a good trim and she curled my hair tight and pretty. It is full of body. I will definitely be back! Book her
