    5 /5 Tracee: My mother goes to Elure salon and spa, and Charlotte does a wonderful job on her hair every time. So I decided to go to Marie who specializes in locs, and she did not disappoint. Ive had my locks for 3 years, but Ive never had a style done to it. The atmosphere is very comfortable, and all the ladies make you feel welcome. I highly recommend anyone to go to their salon. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customer is satisfied when they leave. I give them five stars, and I rate them 10 out of 10.

I was referred by a friend to Malanya and she was superb, her assistant did an amazing job washing and I mean cleaning my scalp perfectly! everyone in the salon was so friendly and welcoming. I thought I knew what good quality products were until I sat down and I must say I want everything Aveda! The shine, moisture and strength I saw in my hair was unbelievable, I haven’t seen my hair in that state jn years! Essence thank you so much for a great experience! You were so patient and gentle with my hair, which I have a lot of.     Kay Store: I got my ears pierced at the Conyers location. Less than a week later, the earrings began to strangle my ears and cause immense pain as they sunk backwards into the piercings. I ended up having to go to the dermatologist and had to have them dug out of my bleeding ears. The doctor said that the person that pierced my ears clearly didnt know what they were doing. After reaching out to the owner, she did not offer to refund my money. Instead she tried to place the blame on me. I will never go back to this store and will tell others of the pain I endured.
