4 /5 Kelly Sullivan: Mackenzie was great - my cut is exactly what I wanted and the color is good as well. I will be back. The only reason it is 4 stars and not five is that during check out, the owner came up and interrupted my check out to ring out his client. Not a huge deal but it was rude and he didn’t even seem to see that I was standing there when he told her to get out of the way.

5 /5 Donna M: Mackenzie is the best, she has been doing my hair for over a year now and Ive never had a problem. She cuts, styles and colors including highlights and it always looks great. She knows what I like so I leave it to her to decide on the details. She is also a very friendly and caring person!

5 /5 Margaux Cousturian: Mackenzie at Chads Salon did a wonderful job with my highlights and long layers! My hair is very thick and usually takes 4+ hours for color and cut, but Mackenzie got me in and out in under 3 hours. Best highlights Ive ever had!. My hair turned out even better than I imagined- she really listened to what I wanted. Would highly recommend her!

1 /5 Dolores Dodson: All I wanted was a simple hair cut, short layers, that didn’t turn out like I wanted. I made the mistake of showing McKenzie a picture of a cut I had a while back. She cut my hair way too short and left little sprigs hanging off my cut. A couple of days passed and I called Chad to see if he could just trim it up a little. He had the nerve to say I was a little difficult when I walked in!! I asked” what did you say?” He didn’t answer me, so I hung up. I walked in normally like I always walk in a place. I can’t believe the stupid, uncalled for remark I just got from Chad. Y’all better not complain about their service, or ask to trim it up right, or they will retaliate and try to turn the issue around on you. He is not professional by no means! FYI: when I walked in, there was no one in the front, so I stepped around and seen Chad eating( how rude, not to get up when a customer walks in) to ask for McKenzie and he went and got her. She finally came out. If this is how it goes with some customers, I can’t understand why they are still in business. I’m an easy going person and not hard to please! I just wanted a normal hair cut! I was going for the local business idea because I live down the street from Old Towne. I will be going back to social circle to get my usual hair cut.
