5 /5 Dr. Patterson: I found this salon on Google and was hoping to get in same day, the owner answered the phone and was very polite she took my appointment same day! The shampoo and condition was amazing, she was very thorough. I have psoriasis so I need good products and she had everything on hand. My silk press was styled very nicely and my hair looked healthy! Highly recommend

1 /5 Kierra Pace: The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude. I hate talking to her and she is part of the reason I cancelled the first time. She has the nastiest attitude. Adding “have a blessed day” after saying something uncalled for is definitely not customer service. Will never book nor recommend.

5 /5 ava: I booked with Embellish Salon on short notice (about 2 days out) and Odessia was able to accommodate me. I loved the atmosphere of the salon and the women who work there. Odessia’s recommendations for my hair were spot on, I love the layers. She even gave advice for my dry scalp and being a new mom. I would definitely recommend the salon and look forward to going back for my next hair appt.
