    Fietta Campbell: This is the best dental office I’ve ever been to in my entire life. They deserve all of the accolades. From the front desk all the way to the dentist service is thorough and top tier. The office is clean and inviting. Sanitizer on hand. This facility helped me fix an error on my dental insurance. The dentist is always engaging with you throughout your procedures. They let you know ahead of time what they will do. I felt so comfortable here. This is the type of service that should be EVERYWHERE. Other businesses should take note. Excellent Excellent Exellent service. I highly recommend this facility.     Noah Farmer: These guys awesome, and they do amazing work! My teeth are so white and clean I think I can eat off of them. They offer a dental plan incase you don’t have insurance (guilty) that lets you come in for cleanings and I believe pays for X-rays (not 100%). They also filled in my teeth where I got a chip from an accident, now I don’t look like a looney tunes character when I smile! I usually never have to wait long to get in all the dentists are really professional

    Kristen Tyler: I almost never leave reviews but I am still in disbelief at how efficient and pleasant our experience was here. I have never (myself or daughters) been to a dentist office that actually caters to children as much as they do. My 10 year old has extreme anxiety, yet she left feeling 100x better about seeing the dentist. This was our first visit here and my girls were in and out within 45 minutes. A place like this truly changes the fear that is associated with going to to the dentist.

    Catherine: My parents and I have been patients here for a year or two now, and we’ve had a great experience. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and in great spirits. I really appreciate how they take the time to have conversations with me—it’s a small gesture, but it makes every visit more enjoyable. I also love that they have bilingual employees, which I think is so important for ensuring clear communication and making all patients feel comfortable (like my own parents). Most importantly, they are completely transparent with their pricing. They provide a detailed breakdown of all expenses on paper, which helps me plan ahead for any necessary procedures. I also had my implant done here, and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

    GerOnimO JoNes: I am rewriting my review from some years back as I do not see it posted. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a business. Dr. Reese’s assistant, I think her name was Lashonda, was by far the rudest person I’ve dealt with as far as customer service. When I did my x-ray, she acted as though the reason she couldn’t get the image was my fault. She was very rude. When she was giving me the anesthesia she just said: “Arm.” There was no greeting or bedside manner to speak of; just very cold and off-putting. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted at once. Days later, I went back due to pain in one particular extraction site and who do I get but the assistant from hell. She was very dismissive. She informed me (without properly inspecting) that the only thing she could do was irrigate it. I specifically asked if Dr. Reese could look at it to make sure it wasn’t infected and she basically acted like it was impossible for me to see him; she never allowed me to see him. I paid $600 dollars only to be treated like that. Suffice to say I would never go back there or refer anybody to this business. I was referred to them by my dentist thinking this would be a good experience and it was not. Dr. Reese was nice but he should really look into acquiring a staff that better serves his vision.

Dr. Deas and his team are super thorough, excellent communicators and have awesome bedside manner! Melissa (dental assistant) was very kind, comforting and provided excellent customer service!     Son Mtooshort “Day day”: Please avoid this place at all cause mouth peace at 7191 Douglas Blvd, it is the worst Dental experience I have ever been to. Very rude nasty attitudes its a money thing for them. I left out being a very unsatisfied customer. The teeth doesnt fix I cant eat with them and they said theres nothing else they can do instead of sending them back to the lab they are trying to repair them in the office, unless youre probably going in for a full set of teeth stay away I did read the bad reviews before choosing this place and it was the worst mistake of my life because I went anyway, You can tell what kinda place youre going to by the parking lot , this is a hole in the wall for sure. Do your research and find a better place because this isnt a place Id wish on my worst enemy. All I have to say is God dont like ugly and theres nothing good thats going to come out of the way they treat people 5/2/2025
