5 /5 Pamela Smulders: ConfiDENT Dental in Cumming is the best dental office I’ve ever received treatment. The office is immaculately clean. The equipment they use is state of the art. I was suffering from an abscessed tooth and was in horrible pain. Dr. Cesar saw me immediately and performed a root canal. He was able to create a permanent crown in the office the same day! Very high tech! The staff is amazing! Very caring and helpful. The hygienist, Chirrie, gave me the most thorough cleaning I have ever had and displayed my x-rays on a big screen so I could understand as she explained my dental needs. I highly recommend this dental group. Great location too! Across the street from Cumming City Center!

5 /5 Paul Lupton: I have been with confident since they opened their Cumming office, and it has been a breath of fresh air between how this dentist practice operates, compared to others I have experienced over the years. Everyone there is kind, friendly, and very personable each time I go there. Chirrie, my dental hygienist is one of the best, and always makes each visit pleasant and relaxing. Due to her, I have also signed up my wife, son, and mother-in-law, to move from their old dentists, into the Confident office in Cumming. I also have no issues letting anyone else know about the Confident practice, and referring them, if the subject of dentistry comes up.

As a patient who relies on sedation accommodations regularly for dental work because of a disability, I was deeply appalled and outraged to witness one of this practice’s dental assistants making derogatory, mockery-like comments about another patient’s personal accommodation needs right in front of me as well as in front of the dentist In the room treating me. It is completely unacceptable to treat anyone with such disrespect and contempt. I strongly urge you to find more compassionate staff who understand the dignity and sensitivity that patients deserve, instead of ridiculing people for being fearful of the dentist.
