Cheryl: From entering into the waiting room until walking out is always a peaceful and pleasant experience. The ladies in the office are always welcoming and helpful.
The dental hygienist’s are all sweet and do a fabulous job when taking x-rays all the way to the end of the cleaning process. Dr. Grady is quick to make the last look over.

They kept her calm, eased her anxiety (along with mine) and made her visit as relaxing as going to the dentist could be. She has to have several procedures done and at the age of 5 told me she cant wait to go back so they can finish helping make her smile pretty again! Amy McCart: Can I rate it a ZERO?!!!
My son chipped his front tooth. I called and explained the situation, and though the office close to our house was closed, they said they could get me in the Cumming office. It was an hour drive, but front tooth, so kinda important. Upon arrival (10 min early), when we go back, the technician says, “Oh the Dentist won’t be able to see you today.” I about flipped out. I drove an hour, then waited 45 minutes to see the Dentist, NEVER SAW HER, then had to drive an HOUR HOME!!!!! The technician blamed it on the “call center” booking appointments. I was EXTREMELY upset. Still am super frustrated. Dropping the ball on a LOT of core values on this one!! (See photo!!)
Nadya Pereda: I had such a fantastic experience at Sharon Spring Dental! This was my first visit, and I drove an hour to get there and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment I walked in, Sam was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. The team did an excellent job on my teeth, thank you Stacy, Crisly, and Dr. Friedman! I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The conversations were great, and they truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Honestly, if I had to, I would drive two hours just to see them. Highly recommend!
