As a patient who relies on sedation accommodations regularly for dental work because of a disability, I was deeply appalled and outraged to witness one of this practice’s dental assistants making derogatory, mockery-like comments about another patient’s personal accommodation needs right in front of me as well as in front of the dentist In the room treating me. It is completely unacceptable to treat anyone with such disrespect and contempt. I strongly urge you to find more compassionate staff who understand the dignity and sensitivity that patients deserve, instead of ridiculing people for being fearful of the dentist.

I called and explained the situation, and though the office close to our house was closed, they said they could get me in the Cumming office. It was an hour drive, but front tooth, so kinda important. Upon arrival (10 min early), when we go back, the technician says, “Oh the Dentist won’t be able to see you today.” I about flipped out. I drove an hour, then waited 45 minutes to see the Dentist, NEVER SAW HER, then had to drive an HOUR HOME!!!!! The technician blamed it on the “call center” booking appointments. I was EXTREMELY upset. Still am super frustrated. Dropping the ball on a LOT of core values on this one!! (See photo!!)
