Nadya Pereda I had such a fantastic experience at Sharon Spring Dental! This was my first visit, and I drove an hour to get there and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment I walked in, Sam was so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. The team did an excellent job on my teeth, thank you Stacy, Crisly, and Dr. Friedman! I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The conversations were great, and they truly made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Honestly, if I had to, I would drive two hours just to see them. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience and highly recommend! The entire staff was extremely welcoming and I didn’t feel any pressure to get any additional services that I didn’t need. Manjari was a wonderful hygienist who made me feel extremely at ease and taken care of. Phyllis was an absolute pleasure at the front desk - and so was Janet. Highly recommend this office and especially this team!!!!

Anju Gowda Updated Review: The manager did call me back and requested to try a second chance. I was impressed that they cared and wanted me to come in again to try their services. I was very skeptical but wanted to try. The hygienist Manjiri was amazing. She was very kind, empathetic, explained everything well, shared tips on how to manage the oral hygiene and did my deep cleaning as well without forcing me to choose a gingivitis treatment plan. I AM SUPER IMPRESSED! I can see the difference at this facility now and I am recommending my husband to switch over to north Georgia smiles as well. Give a try! Old review: visited this place after seeing so many reviews on google. I was impressed when i went in. The receptionist was great, quick and helped. The waiting period was not acceptable, but i felt if we want good service, there should be patience. They took x rays, doctor said there is nothing much going on, no cavity, just need deep cleaning, looks fine. I was happy and booked an appointment with the hygienist. Took photoes for a review and I even stated that to their front desk. When i went for cleaning, she says i have gingivitis, must be fixed, need to go through a treatment plan. When i said the actual dentist looked at the scan and said i just needed deep cleaning. she went back and forth with her doctor, came back and said doctor only glanced it, but you need this treatment plan. We wont just do deep cleaning after seeing you need this. That was the worst experience. If doctor truly did that, then it is ignorance on his part, ridiculous. If they realized to con me since my insurance won’t be used for anything else and my teeth were fine, that is ridiculous too. i felt deceived, not safe in that environment, came out stating i need to check with my husband. I am giving two stars because the front desk was fantastic. The trust is built based on how much time you spend and what you say during the first visit. I am sorry to say this but I do not trust the doctor or the hygienist based on my experience. DISAPPOINTED!

John C. Montgomery Clean, bright facility and helpful staff. The dentist hygienist worked quickly and I felt no discomfort. This would have been a 5 star visit except for two things: slyly adding floride without telling me that it wasn’t covered by insurance and trying to upsell me into buying a custom tooth guard.

Natasya Tamba Dr. Dallas and Dr. Marina were excellent! I was there for an unexpected appointment for my boyfriend on a Sunday and got my teeth cleaned as well. The experience was wonderful and they were both incredibly professional! The man at the front desk that helped me do my appointment was also marvelous and knowledgeable about the procedures and finances. I would highly recommend this location for your dentistry needs!

Justin Cullifer Bright Smiles earned their 5 stars. I drove over 2 hours to this location because they were (1) open on a Saturday and (2) could make a same-day crown. The staff were all very nice and professional, explained the process to me, and got it done same day. Try searching for same day crown open on Saturday and not many places come up. Im grateful this one did!

Cuvalux Overpriced and Dr Devere injured me while installing a new crown, it was due to pushing the crown down really hard with a flosser and swifting it down hard left to right, also charges $150 to reschedule a appointment because i couldnt go last second one day and they canceled other my appointments i could’ve gone to numeral times, do not recommend this place what so ever.

James Dotson Outstanding experience as far as root canals go. Dr G and his assistant were fantastic!! Everyone there was friendly. I was made comfortable during my procedure and it went by fairly quick. Returned to work and haven’t experienced any problems so far.

As a patient who relies on sedation accommodations regularly for dental work because of a disability, I was deeply appalled and outraged to witness one of this practice’s dental assistants making derogatory, mockery-like comments about another patient’s personal accommodation needs right in front of me as well as in front of the dentist In the room treating me. It is completely unacceptable to treat anyone with such disrespect and contempt. I strongly urge you to find more compassionate staff who understand the dignity and sensitivity that patients deserve, instead of ridiculing people for being fearful of the dentist.

barbara padgett This is the best place ever. Dr Birch and the staff was amazing!! They went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. They were compassionate about my needle fobia. Dr Birch even covered my eyes so I couldnt see . I want to thank Dr Birch for caring so much to help me over that milestone. M W Worst Staff: I had worst experience at Dent First Buford rd. location. They postponed my appointment twice and each time they pushed back my appointment by a month. When I went there 3rd time, they said They need to check if my insurance plan covers my cleaning. by the time I pulled my insurance from app they said its late and we need to reschedule again after a month. Its ridiculous. I mean they should have made sure if the insurance covers my cleaning or not before I even took time and went there for the appointment. they wasted my time and effort to wait for 3 months and go there. I will never go back to Dent first again. Dent first - Your front desk staff needs more training and they need to start respecting their customers time and efforts. Dent First - Your bufor rd location front desk staff is the worst. They need to start respecting customers efforts and time. I am never coming back to your hospital again.

They really listen to your needs and do everything they can to make each visit as comfortable as possible. What we love most is their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us, no matter what. It feels like they truly care, not just about our teeth, but about us as people. Even our 10-year-old daughter, who used to be scared of dentists, now walks in with a smile…something we never thought wed see! Aaaand while she’s in the chair, I get to enjoy the most delicious cookies in the waiting area. It almost feels like a little treat for both of us! It’s the small things like this that make the experience so special. We’re so grateful to have found this clinic. It’s not just a place to get dental work done; it’s a place where we feel cared for. Emily 11/10 I’ve been to dentists all across the country, but this place.. . I might fly back to Atlanta every time I need a dentist appt just for this office. The staff are so kind, and knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered. Both appointments I had were on time, even a couple minutes early! I had the pleasure of having Dr. Bishop work on my teeth, he’s very personable. The office itself is high tech and pristine. I’m thankful for this office for squeezing me in as a new patient when I’m only in the area for a short time. I’d highly recommend this place to everyone.

Karl Spinney While the employees overall were nice, I cannot recommend this dentist office to others as I dont feel they prioritize patient care but rather focus on maximizing their profits. When I checked in, I was told it would be $40 for x-rays, which are covered 100% once per year by my plan. After questioning this, it was clarified that the charge was for a panoramic x-ray and a 3D scan, which could be optional. During the checkup, I was informed that I required a deep cleaning which would cost over $500. Over 10 years ago, I had a similar diagnosis from another dentist office, which I disagreed with. Over the years, several dentists have told me that this is a way for some dental chains to make additional money. I requested the basic bi-annual cleaning covered by my insurance, but was told they would not perform it since they deemed I needed the deep cleaning. After deciding not to use their services, I was informed they would waive the $10 office visit fee required by insurance. However, upon reviewing my plan and contacting Aetna, I found that my copay for office visits is $0, suggesting another add-on by the chain. My wife reminded me that three years ago, when we moved to Cumming, she also visited this office and was told she had two cavities. She immediately changed dentists and hasnt been diagnosed with any cavities since, much less the two they identified during her consult.

Janine Pedersen Today was our first time at Dentistry For Children and what an awesome experience it was. My son is Autistic and gets very nervous at the thought of having his teeth looked at. He is petrified of dentists and has not had the best experiences in the past. All the staff were wonderful, attentive and incredibly gentle with him. Miss Shannon the oral hygienist was exceptional. She was so friendly and chatty and made him feel totally at ease. Dr E was super and so friendly. Would highly recommend these guys for your kids. This will be the first time ever that we wont be scared to visit the dentist again!

She kept talking to my son, and built a relationship in just the 10 minutes he was in her chair for a cleaning. She kept him comfortable, and informed him on good oral hygiene, and even healthy eating habits. My son was super happy when we left. This dentist office, and their staff, are amazing!
