Before visiting, I called to confirm whether they offer teeth bonding and was told they do. However, my experience at this office was disappointing from the start.
Upon arrival, I was unimpressed by the receptionist’s attitude. A young Caucasian woman with a nose ring barely acknowledged me and acted as if she couldn’t care less about my presence.
The lab technician I met with was the one bright spot—she was kind, professional, and attentive. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Jongbin Wie was the complete opposite. His bedside manner was non-existent, and he was rough during the examination.
I clearly and repeatedly explained that I was interested in teeth bonding and needed two missing teeth replaced. I have had bonding done elsewhere without issue, but at this office, the focus seemed to be on upselling the most expensive option—porcelain veneers. Despite me stating that veneers were not within my budget, Dr. Wie continued pushing them, even falsely claiming that bonding only lasts about a week. I know from personal experience that this is simply not true.
It became clear to me that Dr. Wie is more concerned with maximizing profits than providing quality dental care. When I firmly insisted on bonding, his dismissive response made it clear he had no interest in accommodating my request.
I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for patient-centered care.
Canton Dental Town - Canton Amber Greer: Dr. Reid and his assistants (shout out to Mary Beth and Tiffany) are by far the best dental team I have ever came across. Starting with the moment you walk through the door, the entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the fact that they made me feel like I was a real person with real concerns. I appreciate that they explained to me what they were doing before they did it. I plan to use this office for many years and 100% recommend it to anyone who needs a good dentist. ESPECIALLY those of us with a fear of the dentist. They accepted my insurance and I could not believe how little it cost to get the work I needed done, done! Such a great experience! Thank you Dr. Reid & the team at Canton Dental Towne!!

Great doctors, most important, great people. They care about their patients. I drive 45 minutes to see them. Many years ago they were the only dentist within miles that would get me in for an emergency, and they have continued that same level of care. They make being loyal to them easy.

Aspen Dental - Canton, GA - Canton Lori Taylor: I had a tooth surgically removed April 10 2025 my appointment was at 3:00 and was subscribed a Antibiotic, Tylenol and a mouth wash.When i went to pick up my meds I was told nothing had been called in.I called the office and could not get ahold of anyone ,so I called the after hours number and couldnt reach anyone there either.I had to suffer all night in pain and discomfort and got no sleep.My father went to your their office this morning to see why my medicine was not called and and he was told that evidently my perceptions didnt get through to my pharmacy?! My question is if it didnt go through why did no one follow ip to make sure it went through and not resend it?or was it never sent through by the staff ? Very bad experience having to suffer 14 hrs with no meds .Do better
