1 /5 Sarah Hedrick: Super disappointed in this experience, this long, drawn out experience. I got an appointment easily, but not until after they took all of the X-rays did they tell me that their dental hygienist wasn’t there that day. The clinicians blamed the front, the front took no responsibility, no apology, etc. Who goes to the dentist not wanting the cleaning?! Wasted day #1. Got rescheduled two weeks later. This time they cancelled on me three hours before my appointment!! Wasted day #2. Got rescheduled a third time. For a 330 appointment the front office texts me at 310 saying my appointment is now at 345. Walk in at 345 and asked why my time got moved. They moved me back because a client before me said she was going to be late? I don’t understand what that has to do with me but I show up at 345 and now waiting (currently) for my NEW appointment time of 405?! More wasted time!!! BUT just enough time to write this review! I hear they are closing down soon and I am not surprised The convenience of this location is NOT worth it. Take your business somewhere else in my opinion.

5 /5 Skyler: I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Wells, front office manager Joscelyne and the entire Polish team. I’ve been dealing with the repercussions of not going to the dentist as a child for years now — starting in high school to now my mid 20s, I’ve made trips to several dentists for treatments, from fillings to root canals and crowns. So, when I say this is the best office I’ve been to thus far, I mean it! Dr. Wells is honest, intelligent and thorough. The front office team works with your financials and gives you plenty of treatment options. They are all genuinely good people, and care about their patients. If you live in the Virginia Highlands/Midtown area, I cannot recommend this dentist office enough. Thank you, Dr. Wells and the Polish team!

5 /5 Teala Smith: Dr. McDowell was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Her dental hygienist Keisha was also very friendly and super helpful. Had a great experience with the Dr and staff. I highly recommend this doctor office for dental needs. Clean and cute office. I had a really nice experience during my visit.

1 /5 Nikki Wheeler: DO NOT GO HERE. AVOID. At first, I was assured that everything would be okay. As someone with extreme anxiety, they attempted to quell my fears. Well, the dentist herself added to them in excess. She lacked any bedside manner and repeatedly condemned me for my situation. Sure, I could have done better, however berating individuals is not a matter of improving the situation. I was informed that I would receive replacement mouth fixtures that would be functional. EVERY member of the staff assured me that the replacements would be equal to typical teeth in terms of eating food. This was not the case. The expensive faux dentures broke ONE month in. I was told I would be able to use them as normal teeth and this has absolutely not been the case. I met with new dentists who were absolutely APPALLED by the direction and service I received at Polish Dental. Other dentists would have saved some of the teeth - Polish was quick and aggressive about extracting several teeth with no permanent recourse. Their pricing was far beyond what was estimated by other dentists. I’ve had a coworker who endured a similar negligent experience in which they were required to pay FAR more than a procedure was worth. Polish Dental exists to take your money at any cost while ensuring that you feel less than. This is the worst medical experience I have ever had and several dentists expressed that I would have had dramatically different results if I had not gone here. Don’t entrust Polish Dental with your wellbeing unless you’re okay with forfeiting an excessive amount of money, time, and teeth.

1 /5 Trina Dailey: Clean, but they will push patients to take out a loan with Sunbit. And once one decide to not continue with their practice, they will not adjust your balance with the loan company. Causing you to overpay the loan because it is almost impossible to get them to return your calls. It has taken me over a year for them to adjust my account, and the amount is still incorrect. Once you get a person on the phone, they will promise to call you back, but never do. I reported them to the BBB. Don’t trust this practice.
