You know every time I come you have the rudest attitude. Your own employee said you talk to them that way. But maybe that’s something you can work on. Only God knows your heart.

5 /5 Hollis Hancock: This is a great place to go for tire repair. I had the small wheel on a zero turn mower ring off the rim. I should have checked the pressure before starting to mow. Well, really just chopping up leaves, not much grass yet. Cairo Tire cleaned up the rim, remounted the tire and checked it for leaks.

I took the car there in within 15 minutes of checking it out they knew what was wrong. They ordered the parts and I came back the next day to have it repaired. Noah Harrison: I brought my truck to this shop to have new tires put on. While they did get the tires mounted, they didn’t even bother to balance the wheels, which is basic and should’ve been part of the job. I came back today because I was told they could do two small installations for me— wiring my wheel lights and converting a button into a switch. I had to be dropped off because my ride had to leave, so I waited there for over an hour. The truck sat untouched for seven hours, and after all that waiting, the guy finally told me he couldn’t even do the work… they definitely mislead me. Nothing was done to the truck, and my time was completely wasted. Really disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. Won’t be coming back.

Nathan Holloway: I dropped my truck off to get a few things done under the impression it would be done within a week. My appointment had been scheduled two weeks prior and it wasn’t a surprise i was coming. I called a few days later to check on the progress and was told it had already been painted and they were waiting for it to dry to do final touches. That day, a friend of mine went by and noticed my truck had not been touched. I called and asked why they lied about having it almost ready for pick up and was told they would “start on it today”. I immediately went to get my vehicle. I didn’t appreciate being lied to when trying to give them my business. Because of them i now have to wait again for someone else to fix it.
