5 /5 Amber Robenolt: The staff as a whole is fantastic! Very friendly from the first time I called all the way out the door after my first appointment. Dr. Bray is friendly and knowledgeable. What I liked most about their office is that they worked around my very busy, very short availability and got me in right away. I had a chipped tooth and called last minute and they fit me in for the very next morning. Ive been to other dentist in the area that make you wait a month to even get your fillings done. Awesome Staff!!!

1 /5 Luke Richard: I wish I could give a lower rating. My wife has been taking our children to Dr Young for the past 5 years. Obviously kids are pretty easy and there were no complaints until I got home from travel and saw that my sons tooth was broken down to the gum line. This is after he had his cleaning/check up about 1 month ago. My 8 year old son has autism and is non verbal so you really have to key in when things are wrong because he has a very high threshold for pain. I had my wife take him back to the dentist specifically to have this tooth examined. Dr Young supposedly inspected his tooth and said that he was fine because it was a baby tooth. Less than three weeks later my son had to have an emergency extraction. This woman is incompetent and if she was unable to properly inspect his tooth due to my sons disability she should have stepped up and admitted her short comings. I wish I could upload pictures to show just how damaged his tooth was.

Lori Lee: They did my root canal back in 2018. Woke yesterday with bad mouth pain, went to the dentist was told that Id need to have my root canal redone. I was referred back to them so I called trying to get a appointment because Im in alot of pain. The lady I spoke with told me May, thats over a month away. I politely said thats not gonna work what am I supposed to do until then. She told me what everyone else is doing, Im assuming she ment deal with the pain. My coworker also found out he needs a root canal, he was referred to them as well. He called today and they are seeing him on Thursday at the Savannah office. That was never offered as a option. I would have gladly drove to Savannah. Really over a month they want me to deal with the pain from a root canal.

James Westfall: Friendly and attentive staff, nice office great service. Billing less than ideal. This company seems to be in a constant state of flux. One day they are in network one day they aren’t. When they pre-authorize you and you make payment based on the numbers they provide, don’t expect that to be the end of it. When you get the surprise bill in the mail afterwards, their staff is courteous and helpful in directing you to your insurance company to fix your problems. I highly recommend the other oral surgeons in the area. Because maybe they would pretend they care… who knows.

David Rushing: This lady said that she could do a root canal and a crown. She worked on my tooth while talking to her associate the whole time. She fractured my tooth while doing a root canal. And then put my crown on backwards... This was confirmed by another dentist. I got part of my money back. It was a horrific experience and I lost my tooth. I absolutely would not recommend her
