5 /5 Nan: I havent had a professional mani/pedi since before COVID and really wanted a shop closer to home. I finally scheduled mani/pedi at Bombshell and am so impressed with owner Jaelynn Dunn and her very supportive spouse who turned honey-dos into honey-dones. Jaelynn is punctual, meticulous, professional, friendly, an easy conversationalist, and provides services of the highest caliber. Im not a fan of downtown parking but Jaelynn Dunn is worth it. Looking forward to my future regular appointments! Thanks, Jaelynn, you and your dear spouse are great!

1 /5 Tiffany Cole: The shop is beautiful and the owner is very sweet. however, I spent over 4 hours in this salon. I got gel on both my nails and my toes and they are both peeling. Actually, it started the next day I left the salon. The photo that I attached is only after 6 days. My toes look the same. $60 for my nails and $64 for my toes. I feel scammed

5 /5 Bri Rice: Where do I even start!!?? If you’re looking for a new salon, this is it. I’ve visited Bombshell Beauty on 6 separate occasions since they’ve opened and They’ve exceeded my expectations every time. The atmosphere is everything and the receptionist is super friendly and helpful. Good vibes and great service from start to finish.

5 /5 Jasquel Spicer: They have amazinggggg customer service!!! I literally felt like i was just hanging with my girls anddddd my nails came out bombb. On top of that they stayed open two hours after they officially closed to make sure I got my complete service. I absolutely adore them and they have a loyal customer in me!!

Kelli Toland: Arrived there last night just as they were closing and were about to leave when they popped out and welcomed us to come in. Even despite the late hour, they made us feel like we were special. They never rushed us but took their time and made sure that we enjoyed this treatment. The VIP pedicures were exactly that and the manicure was perfect. Thank you to the whole team, we will be back!!

T M: If I could give this place Zero stars, I would. Dont come here! Two nail techs were rude and disrespectful to me because of the poor service! They refused to give me what I requested and got upset because I didnt like it! They dont know how to shape nails or polish well! I will never come here again. The way they treated me could have quickly escalated. The two women in the photo are a problem.

HC GH: Great service and attitude, but the results were horrible. Everyone was nice I visited here with my friend and both of our pedicure were crap, paint was crooked and the lady cut my toenails so short they look like nubs. I knew when she didn’t ask if I wanted them cut or the shape it was going to be a disaster. They were nice about it but still couldn’t get either right. I was going to get a gel manicure too but after how my toes turned out I changed my mind.

Ke Aira Davis: I love coming here and the atmosphere is always so warming! Celine always does my pedicures. She is great at what she does and very attentive to detail. I have found two girls that does my gel manicures Tiffany and Thuy. Both are them are amazing and they are so patient and pay attention to detail as well. You will not be disappointed by these salon at all!

Dai M: I would not recommend this nail salon. I got Builder Gel overlay with a manicure on my natural nails Feb 28. I went in the afternoon during a slow period, however, the woman that did my nails seemed like she was rushing. She finished my nails in 30 minutes and they do not look professionally done. She did my nails like she hates her job. They are very thick when I explicitly told her I didn’t want them thick. Overall they look mess and for $73, I can do a better job myself.

Rin Cook: Had the BEST!!! experience here!!!! I usually HATE going to salons because they charge you an arm and a leg and barely speak to you.. This salon is so different. From the moment I entered the spa, I was met with welcoming and kind energy from the staff. I had a pretty creative concept picture for them but the artist who did my mani (Rebecca) executed the design perfectly and with the utmost quality and care. I received a pedicure from Michelle and had my feet treated! Both women were so amazing to chat with, I can’t wait to go back. I’m telling everyone I know about this place. New regular customer created!

Lewis Cazenave: A year ago, my adopted sister and I went to Nail World. A new technician cut me seven times trying to trim my toe nails. I bled everywhere. They wanted me to pay and I gave them $50. Today, I went back with my sister again and an elderly lady trimmed my toe nails. I paid them $50 again. I asked for a couple things that other nail professionals have done and they ignored me. I do not recommend this place. It is near the Kroger on Hartley Bridge Road. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. In her defense, the elderly lady spoke almost no English.

Briana Nelson: Very clean! Staff were friendly and friendly efficient. No time wasted. She listened to what I wanted without rushing me and did an excellent job, much better than the last place I went to. She even cleaned up the last persons work. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
