5 /5 Kelli Toland: Arrived there last night just as they were closing and were about to leave when they popped out and welcomed us to come in. Even despite the late hour, they made us feel like we were special. They never rushed us but took their time and made sure that we enjoyed this treatment. The VIP pedicures were exactly that and the manicure was perfect. Thank you to the whole team, we will be back!!

5 /5 Evette Jones: T & Anna were wonderful! I took my Mom for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. My mother is elderly and they were so compassionate, patient, and kind. She was so happy and I was truly grateful! Thank you to all who served us at Macon Nails!!!

2 /5 Alexxix Williams: Jennifer was extremely nice and great at conversation. She did wonderful on the paraffin pedicure and massage but the polish never dried. My appointment was at 10 and at 1:30 despite the polish looking dry it peeled off in one goopy ball on each toe when I went to put on my sandals. I don’t have time to come back to get them fixed since this was my last free chance before giving birth so I just removed the polish myself. Definitely wasted $45 which I hate because the tech was very nice. Before and after photos. :(

1 /5 Darrell Robinson: My rating is not based on service I received at this salon...but the dishonesty I experienced doing business with this shop...I sold this salon supplies which I was paid by a check. When I originally went to deposit the check it was brought to my attention my name had been written incorrectly which i assumed would be a easy fix. A couple of days later i suffered a collapsed lung causing a long hospital stay. When i got home i couldnt remember where i had placed the check again i assumed no big deal it can be canceled on their end. I contacted management at this shop and explained the check issue and why i hadnt reached out sooner fully expecting them to understand and simply write another check or send a zelle whatever was more convenient. They flat out refused to issue another check and told me to find the old one if I wanted a replacement. I explained they could simply stop payment on the old one to avoid any liability. I was again told no. This was over 200 dollars of supplies they received and refused to pay for. These people are dishonest and greedy. They took advantage of this situation and Im just letting everyone know what they are capable of.
