    1 /5 T M: If I could give this place Zero stars, I would. Dont come here! Two nail techs were rude and disrespectful to me because of the poor service! They refused to give me what I requested and got upset because I didnt like it! They dont know how to shape nails or polish well! I will never come here again. The way they treated me could have quickly escalated. The two women in the photo are a problem.
    1 /5 Amiah Spencer: As you can see while I was there my hand was bleeding, and I was shaking. when I got home I took the other picture taking off my nails myself and you can see how low she peeled my nail off.Now because of the condition my nails are in I cant get another set of nails I have to wait for them to heal. The level of unprofessionalism at this establishment disgust me. I will never come in that salon again and anybody who ever asked me about it I will tell them to never go there.
    5 /5 Amber Shaw: The man that done my nails was very delicate! He didn’t hurt me not once. I was going to do red and black and he added the little sparkle and I’m in love. Definitely worth the $40 I paid! The man that did them was a black haired man wearing glasses. I would highly recommend him. He got me in and out in an hour.

    Dai M: I would not recommend this nail salon. I got Builder Gel overlay with a manicure on my natural nails Feb 28. I went in the afternoon during a slow period, however, the woman that did my nails seemed like she was rushing. She finished my nails in 30 minutes and they do not look professionally done. She did my nails like she hates her job. They are very thick when I explicitly told her I didn’t want them thick. Overall they look mess and for $73, I can do a better job myself.

    Rin Cook: Had the BEST!!! experience here!!!! I usually HATE going to salons because they charge you an arm and a leg and barely speak to you.. This salon is so different. From the moment I entered the spa, I was met with welcoming and kind energy from the staff. I had a pretty creative concept picture for them but the artist who did my mani (Rebecca) executed the design perfectly and with the utmost quality and care. I received a pedicure from Michelle and had my feet treated! Both women were so amazing to chat with, I can’t wait to go back. I’m telling everyone I know about this place. New regular customer created!

    Lewis Cazenave: A year ago, my adopted sister and I went to Nail World. A new technician cut me seven times trying to trim my toe nails. I bled everywhere. They wanted me to pay and I gave them $50. Today, I went back with my sister again and an elderly lady trimmed my toe nails. I paid them $50 again. I asked for a couple things that other nail professionals have done and they ignored me. I do not recommend this place. It is near the Kroger on Hartley Bridge Road. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else. In her defense, the elderly lady spoke almost no English.

    Briana Nelson: Very clean! Staff were friendly and friendly efficient. No time wasted. She listened to what I wanted without rushing me and did an excellent job, much better than the last place I went to. She even cleaned up the last persons work. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

    Russo: Super nice people fast efficient price is comparable- not sure about the product they use maybe throw out the old get some new polish.- something call color code or maybe the top coat.- but I sat for 10 minutes for toes to dry - drove home to byron - from zebulon road...did toe touch( they should be dry its 25 minutes now atleast ) all pass slap on my tennys get home after grocery shopping all the polish smudge and sticking - this is not a me issue this a product issue. So 60 dollars later and it .. I got a nail trim for it. BUT again the atmosphere was really nice and so was the nail tech.

    Gritty Glam: First visit and it was ok. They have you sign up when you come in. They give you a ticket and wait until your number is called. My tech was thorough however she was distracted with viewing her phone. She didnt ask if I wanted my nails cut she just did it. Oversll it was ok service, competitive prices. Would return. 2nd visit for nails and it was ok. Definitely will visit other techs there to get the right one for me.
