And every time my nails chip, or break off DAYS after getting them done. I went to many different people but it continues to be an issue. I was fed up when one of the techs made my toe bleed smh. DON’T GO HERE!
    1 /5 Rida Thahir: I went in there for a soak off to get my nails taken off. My technician then proceeded to slide a fake nail under my nails to pop them off which really hurt. I asked her if we could do a soak off because she was hurting my nails and she continued to slide the fake nail under and pop my nails off. The side she popped off is in worse condition than the other hand she did finally soak off. One of my nails/cuticle also looks like it’s starting to get infected. I was looking for a new place hoping to start coming here but this making me stray away.

    Yilsomde Yabre: She did a horrible job for my pedicure and manicure. First of it she was very rude to me and was just pushing my leg in the water et doing some crazy stop on me. I do not recommend this place some of them are very rude and don’t take good care of customers. After manicure and pedicure she refused to give me a massage at the end. Very disappointed

    Emily Turner: I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years and after today, never again. I would give no stars if I could. I was charged double for my service today with a mediocre job at best. I was charged for removing the old nails, which this place did originally for no charge and then charged for acrylic and a second set of nails again. What? Save your money before you get ripped off. The quality of service that I received was horrible and when I brought all of this to their attention after charging me double, they were rude and said too bad. They will charge you and then charge you again for a service that is not provided. BUYER BEWARE.

    Lady Elena: Just speechless and disappointed. The guy at the desk recommended Lilly, whom I assumed was a high experienced nail tech and the quality of work is AMATEUR. I showed her the last photo for reference and got the knock off version. I am not satisfied whatsoever. If the guy had just said, “we can’t do that design here,” he would’ve saved me my time and money, but no he failed to suggest a better nail tech. (Don’t trust their front desk’s opinion). I wish I could’ve ran for the hills. So I warn you, RUN!! They just want your money. It doesn’t seem like they strive for quality nail design. When I mentioned it’s nothing like the picture, they took $5 off. What a joke!! I almost booked it when she put the clear coat on. Not worth a dime!
