They invited me back the same day to make things right, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. They soaked off my original set and had Tiffany do a new one, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
In the past, I’ve been hesitant to speak up at other salons because I’ve had experiences where feedback wasn’t well received, but this was completely different. Everyone was so kind, understanding, and committed to making sure I was satisfied. My daughters and I received excellent service, and we are beyond pleased.
Since moving to the area, we’ve been searching for a new go-to nail salon, and I’m happy to say we’ve found it! I appreciate the care and attention they showed me, and I will definitely be a returning customer.
