1 /5 Emily Turner: I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years and after today, never again. I would give no stars if I could. I was charged double for my service today with a mediocre job at best. I was charged for removing the old nails, which this place did originally for no charge and then charged for acrylic and a second set of nails again. What? Save your money before you get ripped off. The quality of service that I received was horrible and when I brought all of this to their attention after charging me double, they were rude and said too bad. They will charge you and then charge you again for a service that is not provided. BUYER BEWARE.

2 /5 Makayla: I went to get my nails done today. I kept the old extensions I used for my nails last time and the lady complained about me not getting new ones. I am on a tight budget for my own reasons so I didn’t want new ones. They also charged me $5 for taking off gel on my toes. They’ve never charged that before and I’ve been going here since I was a teenager with my family. The toe polish was regular but smudged and was not painted well as you can see. I was charged $75. Not sure how but it’s very expensive for SNS in my nails and regular polish. She also cut my cuticle blaming me moving, and filed so hard on one finger it really hurt and almost bled. Not going here again. I was rushed out the door when I tried to sit down to let my toes dry so I could pay and leave while another lady (white) was already sitting getting her nails dry. Very unprofessional and rude. Update 2024 (red nails): I got my nails done last night and the lady doing my manicure cut my fingers several times, rushed me to pay her and rushed me while I was putting on my shoes to pay her. The original cost was $80 and she added all of these random fees and made it $108, they didn’t explain to me that they charge for the length of your nail. They charged me $8 for fake nails I already had because it was “2 inches”. They also charged my mother $5 for the length of her NATURAL NAILS. If you’re charging people for the length of their natural nail you should not be in business. I will not be coming back, and I recommend NOT going here.

1 /5 Bri Montgomery: By far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The nail tech was very impatient and had an attitude when I asked about specifics of my design. She became irritated when we couldn’t reach common ground on the length of my nails. I told her I no longer wanted my nails done. They charged me $10 for her putting on the tips and taking them off. This is the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. When I expressed my displeasure about the service to the manager he said they looked fine. Go anywhere else but here. Update: Money was never the issue. If I didn’t have $5 to pay for tips why would I even be getting my nails done??? What I didn’t want to happen was for me to get my nails done by someone with an attitude who obviously didn’t want to do my nails and have to pay for piss poor work. Which is why I told her to stop. This experience is not exclusive to me, which is why most of your reviews are full of pictures of piss poor, sloppy work; warning others not to come. However, instead of reading the reviews and trying to reach common ground with your customers you become passive aggressive and allude to me not having money to pay for the service? How condescending. You are fully aware of how poor your establishment is run. Enjoy your sinking ship.
