leslie willingham Hit a deer 12/2/24 they couldnt get my truck in the shop until 1/27/25 and here at a month later they final call and say my truck ready. This was the preferred shop for State Farm but I will NEVER use them again. THEY NEVER COMMUNICATED WITH ME ABOUT MY TRUCK AND THEN ACT LIKE SHE CAN CARE LESS WHEN YOU WANT TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! 1st 3 pics is the damage the deer didnt last one is how it looked Wednesday Feb 26 2025

Scott Dunn These folks are great. Good experience everytime I have used them. Unlike other spots they were willing to at least scan my cars issue while being backed up due to the holiday coming up. Turned out to be a minor issue, and they got me on the road within two hours. Another place would take no Action on my Buick. Wouldnt even do a five-minute stand see if I had a major issue it not.

Sammy Gordon The work/repairs have gotten sloppy, more so bare minimum. Also I’ve noticed first hand, if new parts are ordered or are needed, they’ll try to keep the new parts themselves & just tact the old parts back into place. This auto shop has worked on two of my vehicles, I had a 2019 jeep renegade, overall the work on it was good but they tried to keep the parts that were ordered. I had work done on my charger maybe like two years ago & the overall repair is horrible. I messed up my front end and hood, now while driving all I can hear is squeaking & rattling. Ladies if you’re going here alone/without a male that knows a thing or two about cars please be aware.

Lisa P Im a travel nurse and our story started last year when my alternator gave out. They gave me a ride to work and had my van ready when I got off...fast forward a year and a half later...that part gave out again...I was 25 miles away... they came and picked me up, took me back to their shop, fixed my van and told me it was all covered under warranty. EVEN THE LABOR! GOD BLESS THESE GUYS BECAUSE THEY HAD NO CLUE THAT I HAD JUST GOTTEN OUT OF THE HOSPITAL MYSELF AND WAS IN FINANCE TROUBLE DUE TO MISSING WORK. GOD WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS! IM SO THANKFUL.

Mc ShellBell (ShellBell) On my way to Albany, Ga, coming through Bainbridge and Donalsonville, i had to stop by Wholesale Battery Tire & Auto Store because I noticed my tire pressure was dropping fast. Im so thankful they were open, and I was close to them. Only had to wait 20 minutes for them to check to my tire and fix it for me. Also, while there, I asked if they do oil changes on vehicles. They do, and I scheduled that for next Wednesday ( Wednesday is ladies day, the guy told me). All the guys were nice and helpful that I spoke with. The prices were very good too. I will be back to do more business with them. They have a nice small waiting area for you to wait while they are working on your vehicle. Watch TV, drink water, or have a cup of coffee. Thank you for taking care of my car so fast that morning!

Randy Sollars I was traveling from the south central region of Florida to Hot Springs, Arkansas over the 4th of July weekend. I was transporting a 38 foot RV and I suffered a massive brake failure. I didnt have a clue what to do. I knew I desperately needed to find a shop. As fate would have it, I glanced to my right and saw a garage. I dont know why, but I had a strong feeling that this was the place thet I needed to go. Sure enough it was! Anastasia and her crew bent over backwards and pulled out all of the stops to get my vehicle operational and on the road again. Ivy Hill Best auto place in town. They are honest and affordable. I had an amazing experience and will refer everyone I know to this place. I came here because my check engine light was on and my breaking system was acting up. I had already taken my car in to the manufacturer for the check engine light issue and was told it would cost me $2,000 to replace the wire harness so I drove it around until I started having more issues. Once my car started to act up II took it to the best place I could find hoping I wouldnt cost to much. AJ gave me a great price on all the repairs that were made. Instead of replacing the entire wire harness he repaired the chewed wires. I also had a new break sensors installed, break pads replace and all of my fluids changed, for less than what the dealership was going to charge me for my wire harness repair. Its been 6 months since my car was repaired and I havent had any issues.

Redell Walton Harts identified the issue with my car and fixed it promptly. I asked about a body work issue and was told it was outside what they did and he wasnt comfortable handling it, but would check around and would recommend someone if they got good reviews. About all I could ask.

Mike Holden My wife was traveling through Bainbridge in her BMW X3 on the way home to South Carolina when she noticed vibration of the steering wheel when she used the brakes. We looked up an automotive service center near to her location which happened to be Harts Automotive. She pulled in and was immediately helped by a technician who scanned for error codes, took the car for a road test, and inspected the brakes. He determined that one of the brake rotors was warped which was causing the vibration and reassured my wife that the car was safe to drive. He went out of his way to help with the perceived emergency and didnt charge her anything for the assessment. Thank you for saving the day!!! Highly recommended and very ethical.

Ladee London Horrible customer service. I have never went to a mechanic and he tells his customers that he does not have time to explain the repair about your vehicle and hangs up the phone in your face. Seems like a scam. Just got the radiator repaired 6 months ago when they charged 300 and now again 300. Tried to say that my dad ran over a curb and damaged the radiator when he literally drive like a grandpa and barely drives. When I first called the desk clerk said that a pipe had burst. If you didnt replace the hoses or gaskets when you installed the new radiator of course the new radiator will crack existing pipes or gaskets.. now I have to pay you in labor again. SCAM!!

Daniel Hamilton This place is amazing. We get both sets of tires on the minivan and my Tacoma every time the maintenance schedule requires it. We always are put on the jacks super fast and if we need a plug they get to us in time to make it to work. I’ve even had some moto tires swapped out but you habe to catch the right guy. I would pay double just for the customer service.
