1 /5 Ladee London: Horrible customer service. I have never went to a mechanic and he tells his customers that he does not have time to explain the repair about your vehicle and hangs up the phone in your face.
Seems like a scam. Just got the radiator repaired 6 months ago when they charged 300 and now again 300. Tried to say that my dad ran over a curb and damaged the radiator when he literally drive like a grandpa and barely drives. When I first called the desk clerk said that a pipe had burst. If you didnt replace the hoses or gaskets when you installed the new radiator of course the new radiator will crack existing pipes or gaskets.. now I have to pay you in labor again. SCAM!!
