Andrew Greif Had a trailer tire blow out on I75 a few miles south of Adel. Took the wheel to Five Star and they were able to get me a new tire mounted and good to go very quickly. They were able to help me mitigate my bad situation.

MyRetiredHobbies Gainesville I received a quote for 4 tires and after checking prices I went back about 2 weeks later to get them installed. It took about 2 hours. We ate lunch nextdoor so the wait wasnt so boring. So far the tires are doing great. It seems the installation was good so Im a happy customer.

They had my car for almost 3 weeks and gave it back to me with new noises I’ve never heard before I gave it to them and now I have to spend more money elsewhere and the nerve to suggest the problem I’m complaining about probably already existed or I caused it in the two days since I had it back from them. $2400 and literally two days after pickup my check engine light is back on and there’s so many rattling noises that I now have to get checked somewhere else because I don’t trust them and don’t want to risk them “fixing” anything else and leaving with more issues. I really believed they were honest but I guess I’m the fool for believing there’s such a thing as an honest mechanic.

Grant Gable Broke down on the side of I-75 and had the car towed to this shop.The mechanic took the time to look at it and help us while already busy and about to close for a holiday weekend. He had the car fixed so fast and we were immediately able to get back on the road. Huge thank you to the staff here for their kindness.

Will Tillman Josh is a very skilled mechanic. He goes out of his way to help as many customers as possible. You may have to make a few trips, but its to avoid jumping to conclusions and charging more than is necessary to keep you on the road. Highly recommend.

Lea Owens We were 5 ½ hours from home when our car wouldnt go any longer and we saw that their was a 24/7 garage 11 minutes away from us off the interstate. I am so thankful that this is where we ended up! As soon as we got there a couple of people were in front of us and we had to let our car cool down so the gentleman that was there offered for us to stay in our car and put a fan on us or we could go sit inside. Our 3 month old started getting a little hot so the man cranked up the a/c in his car and had us sit in there while we waited. After a little while he had called his girlfriend to get us some food and insisted letting her get us some food their treat. I told her that she could get my son a happy meal and she came back with all of us food and refused letting us pay her back. The price to get our car fixed was so affordable! We made it home with no problems. We recieved the best customer service plus so much more from these incredible people. I couldnt say enough nice things about how good my family and I were treated in a stressful time. 5 stars just doesnt seem like enough.

Upon picking up my truck, everything was done perfectly, and all Jasper‘s body shop employees were very professional. I would definitely go back again for their help.

Ken Service was quick and everyone was very polite and professional. I had my oil and air filter changed on a Chevrolet truck and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately Chevrolet wants synthetic oil and that and the air filter added costs for me. &120 was my total. I’d guess the price would be half that for a typical car using conventional oil, but I didn’t check. They did not have my particular air filter in stock, but they went and got it from a local parts store and it didn’t add any time to my service. I would be willing to use them again. Walmart in Valdosta may be a couple of dollars cheaper, but that’s an extra hour back and forth from Adel to Valdosta.

latika gray I received a full service and my car started smoking every since I left from there! Come to find out there wasn’t enough oil put in my car! I took it back and they handled it with no problems ! I always use them for service.

Kristin Veltema The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We broke down on the side of the expressway with our travel trailer and this was the closest place with parts. The staff helped us find exactly what we needed and was very friendly- even with our wild kids (we had been traveling all day). They wished us safe travels when we left as well. Ken Stopped in to get some touch up paint for my truck. The staff was helpful, the store was neat and clean, and they had a good selection of paints. The parking lot lighting is a little dim at night but that’s a minor issue.

Peter Mashango They usually receive in the evening, and shipping is in the morning. They start shipping at 3.00pm one truck at a time but once you get a door they dont waste any time
