5 /5 Andrew Greif: Had a trailer tire blow out on I75 a few miles south of Adel. Took the wheel to Five Star and they were able to get me a new tire mounted and good to go very quickly. They were able to help me mitigate my bad situation.

1 /5 Seashell Treasures: Bought a used tire, after 4 days is lost air so slow leak, they said they dont accept returns or exchanges after day two... Then Kevin was unfriendly wouldnt respond when i even just said hi when i pulled up, he treated his coworker horribly and talked down to him. Then when he was taking lug nuts off my tire he said opps its stripped, they got a different size tool to remove then when putting the lug nuts back on he threw that one away, i said well arent ypu going to replace it ? He said no, i said well you did it, he said no he didnt i said you were last to even touch it putting tire on last week, and i heard him say while taking it off it got stripped... So they wouldnt gove me a new one... Horrible place, horrible worker...

5 /5 Taylor Rutland: Five Star was the second place I called in Adel, but they were the first to answer. I needed my tires changed urgently, and they were able to get me in the same day. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. When I showed up, he was very nice and got me started right away despite being short staffed. Great job, guys!
