Kenneth Fadeley Great work, great guy. Alternator crapped out on me at 6PM in my driveway and by 9PM Gary showed up, installed a new one, and was out the door. Came in at a better price too than I would have paid if I had waited until the next day and had it towed to a shop and waited all day to get it back. I plan on calling him first for all of my future routine and non routine maintenance.

Cleveland Zanders Gary definitely knows his stuff. I have a 2001 Chevy suburban, that had been sitting for a few months. He came and assessed the problem. And due to my schedule, we made arrangements for him to come back to fix my truck now Im Rolling again!!! And he definitely succeeded in his task. He has a great personality, knows his stuff. I definitely would recommend him if you have any auto needs that you need taking care of.!!!

Cheryl Scott Can’t recommend this shop enough. My first visit was in 2023, and I was very impressed when the tech brought me back to the bay to show me exactly which parts needed replacing and why. In 2024 I had a stalling issue, which Mike and his crew were unable to pin down despite much testing, but they did some other repairs. The next day the car began refusing to accelerate on my way to work. Mike hated hearing that the car broke down the morning after service was completed. He sent his guys out to my workplace about 20 miles away to check on and pick up the car. This time they found the issue and fixed it the same day. Mike didn’t even charge me. They clearly take pride in their work. What a great follow up and stellar service. Thank you!

He was honest with me about what he thought about it . I came by yesterday to get my exhaust done. Suzie help me get me in and out asap ! Ariana Varney Went in with diagnostic report for my transmission from a big chain auto shop, quoting me an absurd price. Hedricks took a look and not only told me that a major part of the report was wrong, but the parts that were correct could be done for about half the price. Got my car back today and it runs like its brand new! I know nothing about cars, and I cant hide that very well. That chain shop was ready and raring to take advantage of that fact. Hedricks chose not to. Ill be going back for my routine maintenance for as long as I live here.

Brett Berry Gary and Kevin are great. Upfront and trustworthy. My wife and I both drive imports and that is what they specialize in. Prices were good , service was fast and my appointment time actually meant something to them. Thats rare these days usually you make an appointment to wait more. Will be bringing both our vehicles here for future service and repairs. Recommend to anyone in need. Call and make appointment and they will take care of you.

Lynn Kern Front brakes had hot spots causing steering wheel to vibrate bad when applying brakes. Got in touch with another mobile mechanic who went up in price $150 the day before service. I canceled them. Found By any Means Mechanics. Two people got in touch with me and agreed to do job for less than half the price of the other place even before they went up in price. Lamar had the lowest price. He was quick to respond to all messages. He even told me I could probably get parts cheaper than him and quoted excellent price to install them. I ordered parts from Amazon and got a good deal there. Lamar showed up on time. Went right to work and had front pads and rotors changed in well under an hour. Everything works great. Would highly recommend Lamar if you need work on your vehicle.

Donna I had a great experience with By Any Means Mechanics. Lamar was very responsive and gave me an excellent rate on replacing my brakes and rotors. Upon arrival, I quickly learned that I had given him the wrong axle. He inspected and found that it was actually the back that needed service. He wasn’t going to do the front since it wasn’t required, but I had him do it anyway. I felt like he was being trustworthy and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend and use his services again.

Zhenya A Got a recommendation from a tire shop to come here for transmission service and diagnostics. But we ended up coming in because of an electrical issue that needed fixing. We asked for a full checkup and transmission service. They did a full diagnostic, flushed the transmission, and we asked specifically about the brakes — the mechanic assured us they were fine, no upselling. Wiring issue was found, and even though the electrical tech had left for the day, they asked me to come back the next morning and fixed it without charging extra. Friendly, honest, and professional. Highly recommended!

Valescia Dixon Poor Professionalism in addition to undertone racism by the owner. This whole in a wall establishment shouldn’t be frequented due to the combative personalities of the workers. As customers we expect clarity and respect. Saddened to say, this establishment clearly lack in those areas. Due to the grotesque, bombastic culture presented here, I will be reporting this establishment to BBB. As we the people, deserve fair respected repair assistance. Also, following repairs, it’s very uncomfortable to Make payments via Cash App. No receipt following service. This is a service based business who is clearly flying under the radar as well as having mediocre, piss poor service. Customers come to you for a solution, not a street brawl. In short, pay the extra money to enjoy a delighted experience at the dealerships. Places such a this whole in the wall with no record of having the service completed, only accepting CASH or CASH APP should be shutdown. Stay awesome Mendoza as you will be reported to say the least. Personal private A place for your car repair Andrew is great you need to give them atleast 2 days and a appointment is needed.. They will inspect your car from inner parts to exterior and give you all what your vehicle needs are top to bottom. They are fair prices for there inspection and I only trust them

He went out of his way to help us with this Chevy dealership that ripped off our granddaughter & us on a car purchased from them!! Nadia Soufi Never trust this company they send me some Mechanic make me wait for him for six hours. He said he’s gonna come and fix my car. He came in finally stay and put all his equipment. He tried to do the car all the sudden I went to use the restroom I came back. He say oh I cannot fix your car in the parking lot because somebody came at me and tell me I need to move the car. It’s OK. I will tow the car to my House can you fix it there? He say yes I call the towing company they came and tow my car my car to my house. He said he’s gonna follow me and coming in hour but he never show up. I keep calling him. He never answer in the end. He blocked me. They are liar. They don’t know what to do. I don’t trust this company and I hope nobody get my experience with this company with the line. They don’t know what to do.
