I canceled them. Found By any Means Mechanics. Two people got in touch with me and agreed to do job for less than half the price of the other place even before they went up in price. Lamar had the lowest price. He was quick to respond to all messages. He even told me I could probably get parts cheaper than him and quoted excellent price to install them. I ordered parts from Amazon and got a good deal there. Lamar showed up on time. Went right to work and had front pads and rotors changed in well under an hour. Everything works great. Would highly recommend Lamar if you need work on your vehicle.

5 /5 Donna: I had a great experience with By Any Means Mechanics. Lamar was very responsive and gave me an excellent rate on replacing my brakes and rotors. Upon arrival, I quickly learned that I had given him the wrong axle. He inspected and found that it was actually the back that needed service. He wasn’t going to do the front since it wasn’t required, but I had him do it anyway. I felt like he was being trustworthy and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend and use his services again.

He was very informative throughout the entire process and super easy to reach out to. Lamar came straight to my house and did the repairs right in front of me with no issues at all even with me watching the whole time. He stuck to the original quote, no surprise fees, and his work was clean and professional. On top of all that, he’s incredibly friendly and clearly knows his stuff. 10/10. I highly recommend him!

He tried to do the car all the sudden I went to use the restroom I came back. He say oh I cannot fix your car in the parking lot because somebody came at me and tell me I need to move the car. It’s OK. I will tow the car to my House can you fix it there? He say yes I call the towing company they came and tow my car my car to my house. He said he’s gonna follow me and coming in hour but he never show up. I keep calling him. He never answer in the end. He blocked me. They are liar. They don’t know what to do. I don’t trust this company and I hope nobody get my experience with this company with the line. They don’t know what to do.
