Martin Click We had a deer antler pierce our tire (parts of a dead deer all over the road) on the way to Dry Falls. We pulled into their shop as the tire pressure monitor showed 19 PSI and dropping. They immediately took us in and patched the tire while we waited. 30 minutes later we were back on the road at a way too reasonable price. Everyone was gracious and kind. If I lived here I would buy a 4x4 and let them do the work. Great people and service.

Christina Ahle After a weekend of camping and 4wheeling in the mountains, the transfer case linkage on our jeep broke and we were stuck in 4L. We pulled into the shop first thing Monday morning, and Troy knew exactly how what to do. He even brought my husband into the garage and showed him how to fix it. A repair so easy and quick (10 minutes!), he didn’t charge us. Thanks so much!! We can drive the 100 miles safely back home now.

Brittany Flem JennJohns is so good.... we drive over 2 HOURS to bring our vehicles to them!!! John came out to my husbands jobsite and repaired his truck that had broken down. He was fast, QUALITY work with a great price tag. We recently drove my Suburban over there for a larger fix that needed to happen. Again, very responsive, extremely helpful when making our decisions on what to fix, and great price. We are planning on bringing the truck back up there next week for headlight replacement and a few other things. If its worth driving over 4 hours round trip for, you know its great service!

Megan Hart We were up in the area camping and our brakes went out. Duvall took us in that day and fixed them for us, even being able to just machine the rotors instead of replacing them which saved us some money and also even though they were short staffed. They took 3.5hrs instead of the 1-2 estimated but I still had a very positive experience and was grateful for their extra care in getting us taken care of.

deadlyta Well my truck broke down far from home during a job it was one of the most awful experiences Ive ever had everything that could go wrong did go but the only thing that did go right is finding this tow company If you are an out of towner and you break down on a job in the Clayton GA area this place should be your first call Just keep in mind this is a small town company so if you have them tow it and hold your truck As I did youll have to wait till business hours to arrange retrieval but honestly thats such a small thing the price was reasonable and they didnt charge me for the 2 days it took to get in contact with them (I broke down on the weekend after closing ) and they have been absolutely a great company to work with So far . I did send a local towing company to retrieve my truck and i should have her back today because of how far away the place is from me it seemed smarter to use someone local to me but next time I break down in North East Ga this is my first call 5 stars

John Chittam Josh got us in to look at a brake issue on the last day of our trip to Clayton. When we arrived, he was friendly and explained the prices for some potential services to address the issue. Once he looked at the car, he determined the brakes just needed to be cleaned and adjusted. He did that and looked over the rest of the car to make sure everything was safe for us to drive home.

Jimmy Hightower I needed a Mechanic for my wifes CRV, so through my online search I chose Joshs Auto based on positive reviews. I found out Josh is honest and knowledgeable on vehicle mechanics, but he also knows the importance of customer service. To repair the CRV he went far and beyond and did more to insure the best repair was done. If you find yourself in need of a Mechanic dont hesitate to give him a call, youll be glad you did. Thug597 Brakes went out on my way to north GA, from Florida on 9/6/24. Got ahold of Chaffin performance in the morning of 9/7/24, got the truck to him ASAP knowing they may not be able to look at it until 3pm. They were able to source the parts locally and get them the same day. Ended up having to replace both rear calipers, rotors and pads. By some miracle, i was able to pick-up my truck the next morning on 9/8/24. Never in a million years did i think i would be able to get my truck fixed and get back to Florida for work the next day… Justin at Chaffin Performance pulled it off and saved the day. Highly recommend this company and i will be back, if needed!!!
