5 /5 Parker: My 2005 Land Cruiser was failing to start after work due to an issue with the battery. I had a four hour drive home, and was a bit panicked after I wasn’t able to jump it. I called Justin after the failed anttempts, described what was going on and he was able to diagnose a few potential problems just over the phone. Despite it being 8:30 at night by the time I got in touch with him, he drove over and had the issue identified and fixed in less than ten minutes, and I was able to drive home.
