5 /5 Brittany Flem: JennJohns is so good.... we drive over 2 HOURS to bring our vehicles to them!!! John came out to my husbands jobsite and repaired his truck that had broken down. He was fast, QUALITY work with a great price tag. We recently drove my Suburban over there for a larger fix that needed to happen. Again, very responsive, extremely helpful when making our decisions on what to fix, and great price. We are planning on bringing the truck back up there next week for headlight replacement and a few other things. If its worth driving over 4 hours round trip for, you know its great service!

If your looking for a mechanic (not to mention they will come to you) give these guys a shout. If I ever need them again they will be my first call.

After 15 calls to other businesses and no one answering or no one working, they answered and went out of their way to help us. We are truly thankful. Excellent service and quality work! 5 /5 Jimmy Hoobler: Our experience with Jenn and John was amazing for the entirety of the process! In this review, I wanted to note some of the things that really stood out to me. 1. Responsiveness: We were having trouble with our Toyota and I called them on a Monday at 6pm. Although they were very booked already during the week, they were able to squeeze a trip to Toccoa to take a look at (and fix) our car the very next night. 2. Knowledgable: Jenn and John were quickly able to diagnose the problem in our car and complete the job with great results! They even offered to take a look at our 2nd vehicle and help diagnose some of the issues that car was having as well (with no additional charge). This leads into the 3rd quality... 3. Friendly and Personable: Jenn and John were extremely friendly and personable. They were so kind despite having a long day already and making the trip to Toccoa in the evening to fix our car. They were very communicative and explained what was wrong with our car(s) very clearly. Out of their kindness, they even followed back up with me about how the car was doing the next day and sent some additional resources to help with our 2nd vehicle. Overall, in every aspect, Jenn and John went above and beyond. I was so impressed with their quality of work and with their customer service. We will definitely be calling on Jenn and John again to service our vehicles again!
