Wayne Smith Great place to buy a new gun, but dont try to trade. Left Barrows and went to Howards pawn in Macon and got $350 more for my trade than Barrows offered.

Grant Gower Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Had him come out and initially look at what I needed to get done. Said he was gonna order some parts for me checked in a week later still hadn’t ordered any parts and lost the paper with the measurements. Then I called another week later, asking for an update and him, and his partner in the truck laughed at me, saying they are busy. I ordered the parts that I needed and tried messaging him and no reply. If you want something done, and in a timely manner, I would not suggest this guy. He’s a joke.

Glen Soafer I needed my CV axle replaced on my 2011 Honda element. It was vibrating the suspension on acceleration. Normal for a vehicle with 150K miles. Using a ChatGPT search, Pro Import came up as the best specialist in town for this particular problem. I called for an estimate, received an appointment for a couple days later, and upon completing the service it was rectified within the estimate amount. My car runs like a champ! Rich, the owner, really knows his stuff; as does his team. Angelica on the customer service desk was a real pleasure to work with. I will be coming back in the future.

Danielle DuBroc We was coming through the town from Louisiana on our way to South Carolina and we got a flat tire. Stopped at a few places and the were closed or didnt have our size tire in stock but this place did. He was fast and friendly. Had us back on the road in no time. Definitely would recommend

mole rat i come here for quick fix. they change oil. i drive down road 2 miles... and guess what... ENTIRE transmission FALLS from my car. AND hits the GROUND! my gears were all over the highway... AWFUL#@#@#!!!#@

Justin Sanders I understand paying more for a small town. I don’t believe it getting the shaft though. See the prices here on their website and you call and talk the young guy at the store and he quotes you different. He says those ain’t there prices. Well I ain’t pull them from thin air neither did I now now! I have a business account but get charged the same as a cash customer not in my opinion I don’t think so. I spend a bunch at there sister company O’Reilly but yet he can’t give me a discount. This company is a joke in my opinion. Won’t never step foot in that rip off place ever again.

Bradley Jones This parts shop is one of only a few in the area. You can tell because of the prices of much of their stock. It is priced very high compared to other places. But, it is a nice local place. The employees are friendly and fairly knowledgeable about auto parts, which is rare nowadays. Ill continue to use them, but Ill make sure to double check the prices before I buy.
