Grant Gower: Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Had him come out and initially look at what I needed to get done. Said he was gonna order some parts for me checked in a week later still hadn’t ordered any parts and lost the paper with the measurements. Then I called another week later, asking for an update and him, and his partner in the truck laughed at me, saying they are busy. I ordered the parts that I needed and tried messaging him and no reply. If you want something done, and in a timely manner, I would not suggest this guy. He’s a joke.
