Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings - Washington (GA)

1 /5 Drew James: I felt really disrespected at this establishment and had to wait over 40 minutes for my food. The order was wrong and they weren’t busy.

2 /5 Terrie Levy: I ordered a Zensation Salad. I asked for and was charged for an Extra Egg Roll. I also requested that the extra Egg Roll and the one that comes with the Salad be put in a separate container ( I don’t like Soggy Egg Rolls). I did not get the Extra Egg Roll and the one that came with the Salad was left on the Salad and it was Stone Cold. I got the Zensation Salad last week also and the whole Salad was Mushy and sitting in water. I won’t come back anytime soon.

1 /5 Kathy Erwin: I was hoping to get a response after contacting Zaxbys on Thursday about my raw chicken sandwich. After waiting 48 hours with no response, I feel like this review is necessary. I ordered lunch for my aunt and myself on Thursday and picked it up at 11 a.m. on my to her house in another small town with fewer options. When I arrived to my destination 30 minutes later and unpacked my order, I noticed a huge piece of fat on my grilled chicken sandwich. Disappointed, I broke that part off and decided to eat the sandwich anyway. Then I bit into the raw chicken. It was disgusting, dangerous, and unacceptable. It was also my last few dollars so I couldnt afford to get another meal on the road. I wouldnt recommend any Zaxbys at this point. If you dont get sick, you are lucky.

5 /5 Daniel Nichols: Me and my daughter stopped in and grabbed a couple Zax Snacks for the road tonight. By far the best Zaxbys I have had in a very long time. This was the Zaxbys I remember. Great food and quick service!

1 /5 Benjamin Reese: I love Zaxbys as much as anyone, but this might not be the best location to eat at. I go to Zaxbys a lot, and unfortunately, this is the nearest location to my home. I have been to this location many times and the food, cleanliness and employees are consistently bad. Save yourself some heartache and discontent; go to another Zaxbys.
