Shanna Barnes Went through the drive through at 11am got 2 $6 biggie bags both cold. Had to sit and wait on it so we thought everything was going to be hot and fresh. Was running late for an appointment they finally brought it to the car we grabbed it and left. Got down the road only to realize everything was cold. Not happy was with Wendys in Bainbridge Ga at all. Every check your food before you leave.

Bryan Canady 5 star ownership and employees. We didnt eat anything but stopped here on our way home to let our kids use the restroom. 3 hours away from home and our car battery died. A few employees and the guy I suspect is the owner went above and beyond to help us out, find jumper cables, jump us off, and ensure we were able to get back on the road. Thank you Bainbridge DQ.

Brandon Reed The people are super nice, and very quick to help out. Not only that, but the service was very quick, we got our food within just a couple minutes. They also had a good amount of lettuce and tomatoes and things like that with the tacos, which can sometimes be lacking. Overall, the employees were awesome and they all deserve a raise, and this is a great Taco Bell.

Nobody was at the drive up placing an order and after about 2 min a voice said can you hold please. 5 min later still nothing so I left. After making the left turn around the building, there was 1 vehicle at the windows and as I slowly passed the lady working there yelled something like I said hold on, or something to that effect. Nope! Dont need that even if you are overworked! Bye!!
