5 /5 Carolyn Graziosi: I don’t know how this location is on the lower end of ratings. Lunch rush here is in fact a busy time but that’s normal. It gets busy and you have everyone doing their job as fast as possible while at the same time, trying to remain accurate with orders and requests. Amber, Michelle, Kristine, Chris, and Austin are my favorite people here. They always and I mean ALWAYS greet me, they always check on my family and I; they are top tier. I always get fresh food. I can’t recall the name of the back of house manager but she absolutely runs it fantastically back there. I hardly see any of the employees frustrated with each other. The employees come by and offer to clean your table and take your trash for you. Diego runs a tight ship with his managers and he’s doing good at it. Seriously, if there’s ever any issues, any of the people I listed above WILL 100% listen to you and better your experience.

5 /5 dillion jasmire: I don’t understand how this location only has a 3.8 rating it definitely deserves to be higher. Even during the busy lunch rush, the team works hard to stay fast, accurate, and friendly. Amber, Kristine, Chris, Austin, and Xavier always go above and beyond; they greet me with a smile and make my family feel welcome every time. The food is always fresh, and the back-of-house manager keeps things running smoothly. The staff work great together, stay positive, and even offer to clean tables and take trash for guests. This location truly stands out for its great service and atmosphere.

2 /5 Sweet Southern Truckin LLC.: Food is normally good. However, I decided to use the phone app. When I finally figured out the location zip code, I placed my order. I went to the older lady and asked for fresh fries. When I got my order and drive back to work, just like last time, fries are old. But the new twist for today was my tenders were crazy small. Look at the pics and youll see that an 1inch tender was counted as a whole tender SMH. Normally its a hit and miss with the fries, but hit-n-miss on the chicken left me scratching my head

1 /5 Alex Jerebie: I was served the food in a tray that has not been cleaned in a while. This was not a mistake, it was obvious it was a greasy and nasty tray. See picture. The chicken tenders in the wings and things were cold and super dry. The fries were also very stale and cold. Spoke with the manager and she asked me email the regional manager Luke Wheeler, from whom I did not get any reply back. The health department should be looking into this location. If they serve their clients their food in trays like this, I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen. Never returning to this location again.

1 /5 Nicole Williams-Reynolds: We got a kids meal and a kickin chicken sandwich. The grease for frying absolutely was old. I had to drive back thru the drive thru because there were 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and no fries. Get the fries and they were freaking disgusting. Looks like they were old and refried. The grilled cheese wasn’t quite grilled and my granddaughter kept saying Yuck! Wasted money. Should have just waited to get back in my side of town for better service because this wasn’t it.
