2 /5 Debra Dailey: This past Sunday my friend and I decided we would order some Zaxby’s to take home. We used the online ordering thinking it would be faster, it had the option to pick up at the drive thru window but when we finally get up to the speaker we were told to come in. I proceeded to go in and no order, I stood in line and asked the counter person who said it was almost ready. I then watched as people who ordered at drive thru and the counter after we had been there given their orders, I then again asked and was told they were waiting on chicken as more orders of chicken were given out. When we placed our order it said our order would be ready by 12:03, it was 12:20 by the time we got our order. By then the ice was melted in our drinks, Some of the food was pretty much cold and the salad warm. I’m not sure what the issue was but this pretty much put me off Zaxby’s and especially online ordering.
