5 /5 David Futch: Wife said this was the best Taco Bell burrito supreme she has had in a long time! The items seemed to have a little more of everything in/on them.

1 /5 Johnnie Flakes: This Taco Bell needs to be closed down. Every single time I go, my order is wrong or missing items. Tonight I ordered 2 quesaritos with no sour cream and extra chipotle, 1 steak and poblano rolled quesadilla, 1 soft potato taco with no lettuce and a cheesy fiesta potato. First I was missing 2 quesaritos and lettuce on my soft potato taco & I have 2 of the rolled quesadillas instead of 1. I come back to the window and tell them what’s wrong, the older lady tried to argue with me, then said to pull up and she’ll make it right. Comes out hands me a bag with another rolled quesadilla that is basically the same as the steak one but with ground beef and runs back in the building. No one else was in the drive thru but me, so I’m not sure what the problem was other than they don’t know how to make the items that they sell or just don’t care. This place needs to be shut down or either clean house and hire new. Only thing right in my bag was the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Don’t stop at this establishment ever.

1 /5 Autumn Goff: Very very disappointed! Lady on the speaker was so rude. My 5 layer didn’t have any meat in it. My husband’s taco was hard when we paid for soft. It had hardly no meat in it. To spend almost $40 and have the service and food we had is insane. Do better. And be kind.

1 /5 Elijah Harris: Bad customer service. Wasn’t greeted by the person at the register and they gave me short rude responses when ordering. Rude workers. The workers were chatting and standing around. The soda machine was not cleaned out correctly. I tasted cleaner in my drink. I worked food service in the past this was not acceptable.
