2 /5 Vanny Bananny: They always ask about using the app, so I got it to use the rewards and maybe skip the drive through line. This is my third time using the app. We did curbside each time and the last 2 times my bf had to walk inside because they weren’t coming after 20 minutes for one meal. Today, I ordered fries and a sweet tea. Guy came out saying sorry there was a wait on the fries. That tells me that they were making new ones so I was fine until I realized they were cold and hard. Not fully filled up either. Also didn’t get my sauce. And he had to go back inside to get my drink. I don’t understand why you don’t know how to utilize the app if you’re made to ask about it every time in the drive through. After this I’m going to start going in and complaining because once or twice I can look past as maybe an off day or a mistake, but if it’s every time I’ve ordered, this is an issue with training or management.
