5 /5 Honest reviews: Went for the first time yesterday. Usually wait to leave a review til after several visits. This place is awesome!! Great staff, food, and atmosphere. Clean restaurant and restrooms. 11 out of 10 stars. I live roughly 30 mins away but will definitely will make the trip to come back soon. AWESOME JOB!

4 /5 Just A Mom Who Reviews Places: Surcheros is one of my go‑to spots. The food is mostly great and flavorful. I usually order a loaded bowl. The service is alright, and while they occasionally miss an item or two in my bowl, it doesn’t happen every visit. The only other downside is the chips — sometimes they’re stale or a bit too salty. But overall, I still like coming here.

1 /5 Aaksah Patel: My experience has always been great but when I went in today the ladies that were working there were not respectfull when serving they really had issues with me getting extra regardless I said I will pay extra and they were very tired of working please I request the manager to check on them or the owner also the lemons on the condiment counter are with fungus which is not a food saftey approval I am going to report to food safety about this location please if anyone’s goes in there make sure to be careful when asking for lime in there or anything you get make sure you take a look at all of them

2 /5 Kelcey Keller: As a former kitchen worker, this was a major letdown. Ordered a grilled steak burrito, pay my $16. Get home 8 minutes later and it’s ice cold. No marks from it sitting on the flat top either. The people are nice, but if the food isn’t consistent; I won’t return. For that price I’ll just spend more and get a hot meal.

5 /5 Amy Hobbs: My husband and I have ate here at least 3 times since this location opened. The 1st time was during opening week. We were very impressed with the organization of operations as people were lined up almost out the door. This streamlined organization continued every time we ate there. Excellent choices on the menu so you can customize your meal. The food was very flavorful and delicious. Plenty of food so, we had leftovers for dinner. The staff asks, when you are ordering, if you want items put on the grill to heat them up, great choice for those wanting items heated. This location has always been clean, organized, great food, and staff! Our 2 meals were around $23.⭐️ Highly recommend! We love the management crew here! 5 STARS
