5 /5 Jen Peake: The manager kayshawn was very respectful and nice. The order went quickly and without incident. Definitely deserves a raise.

2 /5 Mandi Jo: Never had an issue with the staff. Always great service, but I’ve been there for breakfast and lunch in one day and the biscuit had a hair in it and the chicken wings I received were not fully cooked. Not to mention the many times before this incident and received wrong orders or didn’t put something that was ordered in the bag.

4 /5 Brooke Wilkins: Tammy the lady that took the order was great, the other employees that were working with her had horrible costumer service skills. Its sad when only one person cares about the customers, thanks Tammy for always being nice and taking care of everyone because the other employees wont even acknowledge anyone.

5 /5 Christina Smith: Service was great. Ms Tammy is so sweet. The management team is quick to fix any issues Ive ever had an even goes beyond to make things right and does so with a good attitude which is everything I expect when I am spending money at a public establishment. Even BOH employee was very nice and quick to fix an issue ( missing a sausage biscuit). Employees are the face and first impression of any business and how they interact and react with customers is priority for me. It says ALOT about the leadership and work culture there. If your team is miserable, it will show. Always take care of your team members and you will be a successful restaurant. Food is hot and fresh. Overall cleanliness during lunch has been good. I will return on my next trip through Ocilla , Ga. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
