Chad Poole Butchered my son’s hair! He has been growing out his hair in the back into a modern mullet for about a year. We asked her to not take any length off the back of his head and only take off a half inch on top. But fade the sides only with 1-3 guards. She buzzed the back down to a 1, and cut off a year’s growth in the back and left only a tiny long stripe in the back. She also took about 2 inches off the top instead of half an inch. We will never be back there. I would give negative stars if I could. They couldn’t even compensate me for this, because they can’t give 3 inches of hair back. This was a big mistake to even go to this place. If you care how you look, don’t go here. And if you don’t care too much, then save $25 and get some clippers and do it yourself at home. My stylist was using some cheap clippers anyway. We’ve had some bad cuts at Great Clips but nothing like this. Never again!

Shirley Edwards Rude!!!! My 12 year old son got his hair cut there and he hard time understanding what she was saying but he did understand when she told him he didnt need to pick a Mexican hairstyle when hes not Mexican.he had the amount of hair and curl for the hairstyle though.she was rude to his grandmother who was trying to explain what he wants because he will not to talk to anyone he dont know.his grandmother tried to hand him a mirror to look at his hair and the woman had the nerve to jerk it out of her hand and told her if he wants to see it then he can get the mirror.my child will never go back there.

Marty Hendricks The lady who did my cut is extremely skilled. She got exact what I wanted. It’s a short, clippered pixie type cut.

Kristin Hollie Mincey Logan took the time to listen to my concerns, my needs, and my wants. I think she nailed it. She will be my go to from now on. I have been to four other salons in Jefferson/comm Their prices are too high.

Nicole W Best decision I made for my nails was finding Victoria! As a life long nail biter she helped me break the habit with amazing manicures and nail health education. Now I can proudly say these are my nature nails!!! She never misses when I drop design in her lap and I have throw her more than one design curveball. These photos are just a few of the ones she has done recently for me. The salon is always clean, cozy, and inviting. She makes you feel like you are just hanging out with your bestie while she works her magic. Never missing a beat while free handing all her designs.

Brooklynn McCall I have been coming to this salon since December of 2023 & I won’t go anywhere else! They are always so sweet, so welcoming, helpful, and will give their opinion/will get closest to what I’m looking for! I have gotten Chi who is always great and Jenny who just did this blue ombré who I will now be going to on a regular basis! The place is always so clean & beautiful & the family atmosphere is so amazing! One of the little girls just came up and gave me the biggest hug the other day. I love this place ♥️

Megan Doktor I’ve been here a few times never happy with my nails always saying I’ll never be back. I didn’t want to drive far to my favorite nail salon yesterday, so decided to give them another shot, since they are so close to home. Bad idea. My toe is so sore today after a pedicure. The tech dug so hard around my toe nail, it’s now all red and swollen. Hurts to wear tennis shoes. I’m not happy.

Rosie Posey I usually love this place. But my pedicure was awful today. The lady was usually rough and just would snatch my feet around. She was pissed because I didnt want to spend the extra $15 on gel polish. They she got the polish on her nails and hands. She proceeded to clean her hands off first and then clean up my toes. I had to even point out that there was polish on the skin halfway up my big toe. And they messed up the polish on the 2nd toe. I did not have tome to go back and have them fix it. The guy that did my set was amazing! He took the time and made sure I liked it. He was also gentle. The eyebrow waver was also amazing. That older lady needs to learn how to treat people. EDIT:MY FOOT IS BRUISED FROM THE AMOUNT OF PULLING AND TWISTING ON MY RIGHT FOOT!

Susanna Scroggs Im really frustrated. Its very dim inside so you cant see how messy they look right off the bat. My nails were supposed to be black tipped coffin shaped not half and half with one angled side and the other side straight but thats what I got. The left side of my nails are straight the right is angled. If you look at them in the light they look dirty & we had somewhere to be once wed left the salons so I didnt notice until theyd closed. Overall this is the worst job anyone has ever done on my nails and that really blows because I havent had the time or money at the same time in probably 6 years to do something nice to my nails. If I have the $ usually I spend it on something else for THIS reason. Im taking my nails off and absolutely never getting them done again. This was super discouraging. Ive already added the inspiration and result pictures this has just been eating at me since I realized how bad it looked. The owners or whoever worked on us are super nice but this place isnt worth your hard earned money.

Brittany Way Went here for a full set and spa pedicure. Showed the owner a picture of my desired design, she informed me that she couldn’t do the design and offered no solutions. I then stated I would go somewhere else for them to do it which she stated that was ok because “she wanted me to be happy with my nails”. I asked later if they could just do simple SNS and she ignored my request, as I believe it was close to closing and she didn’t care to be bothered. I allowed them to remove my old nails, which they didn’t even completely get the old nails off, which was pointed out by the next shop I went to right after going to this shop. The customer service was terrible and the nails always popped off the two previous times I went to this shop, within several days. I had better results at the shop up the street from this shop and MUCH better customer service. Will not be returning to this shop.

Rachel T Just dont. As much as I really wanted to like this place and not post a negative review I just cant. I went in 2 weeks ago for a full set of SNS. The tech then starts pulling out the acrylic to put on my nails. As I tell him no I would like SNS he insist it is SNS. It looks, smells, and was applied just like acrylic. I noticed once I left the complete lack of any attention to my cuticles or actually shaping the nails. Within 1-2 days they were all lifted. I went back one week later to have them fixed. Another staff member cut out the lifted parts and filled in the tops with the same powder and brush. I was then charged for "fixing" the messup. Again, within a couple of days all were lifted. Two trips in one week and a waste of almost $100. I just went to a different salon to get a new set and was confirmed by this other place it was acrylic that was put on my nails, but yet I was charged for SNS. The lack of care and honesty is frustrating. Wouldnt waste your time or money. All pictures were taken just a couple of days after getting the set done the first time.

Just Q Ive always been curious about this place. What its like inside, I got my eyebrows shaped. It was heavenly. I think the massaging of my eyebrows was a must almost put me right to sleep. Kinda of pricey for my taste but it is definitely worth it. Best experience.

I’ve had treatments from Rachel, Crystal, and even a spray tan by Ashley and every single one of these lovely women did an amazing job all while being personable, caring, gentle, and professional! I absolutely love how well they all work together and make me feel right at home whenever I’m there! 10/10 recommend!

Victoria Carlson This is truly the best facial I have ever had. I have struggled with milia on the softest part of my cheeks and underneath my eyes for years — Rachael was the first esthetician to FULLY remove them in ONE session. She was also the first esthetician to give me the correct products to help prevent them from coming back. I am so in love with the space and the staff. THANK YOU! (ps. Wednesday E This place is so lovely. I had a wonderful facial. Im starting a nice skin care routine with Rachel who is so sweet. Very nice and clean. Im glad I found it.

I will definitely be going here for now on. The owner is the sweetest and always listen to every little detail u want. I love this place !!

Super friendly, VERY clean, and reasonable prices. Don’t go to a salon that rushes your service just to get another person in the seat! Check them out - you won’t be disappointed!

Nancy Garner Cerrato I love going here! They do the most wonderful pedicures and are always very accommodating! I have been going since they opened and I wouldnt go anywhere else. My nails always look great after visiting them and they are very knowledgeable about technique. The atmosphere is very relaxed and very clean. They are Always cleaning! You should visit! Go. You wont regret it!

Emily Wilbourn I LOVED my experience today!! This was hands down my favorite experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Blane is so friendly and warm. She’s fun to talk to, but she also is wonderful with your nails. She was not too hard on my feet for the pedicure, which I really appreciated and enjoyed. She also talked me through the differences in different kinds of manicures (sns vs. gel) and helped me find a polish color that looks fantastic with my skin tone. I highly recommend booking a nail appointment with her! Just make sure to book at least a week or two in advance so you can find an appointment on the day/time that you need because she fills up very quickly.

BryAnna Tubbs I love LD Nails ! I come a lot, so I pretty much have been serviced by everyone. Each time I come, I’m greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist. For pedicures, go to Summer and Thea. Thea gives great conversation and body positivity; her work is also amazing . Summer’s work is amazing! Very detailed with her work. Summer’s massages literally put me to sleep, and I felt so relaxed. For manicures, go to Jacqueline for the edgy ,trendy sets; she never disappoints. Lilly has great customer service, and her work is very neat. She always verifies that you are satisfied.

Chandra Graham Linda is the Bomb! She does the best job on my nails. She always recommends the best colors and styles. I work with my hands and the nails always last 2+ weeks! I have to say every pedicure I have gotten they have done an excellent job!

Tamara Barnett While it may not be the fanciest nail salon in town, we always get great customer service here! Went for a pedicure recently with my 4 year old daughter and they made her feel so special.

Angie Edgar We love the service. Their spa pedicure is fabulous! My husband is disabled, but they are very careful with him and they cut his toenails for me and keep his fingernails trimmed. I did this at home for many years until I was afraid I would cut them too short and cause pain to him. Kevin does a fabulous job with him!!

Ginger Brown Went in asked for gel manicured and pedicure. They never asked me to wash my hands (all salons I have been to lately do). I asked them not to use a drill on my nails they seem to be upset with my request after trying to justify using a drill started with a file which was fine. A man sitting clipping his toenails made smart remarks about how long they had been doing nails. I told him I was the customer thats what I asked for. I said they didnt need my business and left. No wonder why they only had 1 other customer on Saturday afternoon!
