5 /5 Kat Guillot: We have just gotten to Trenton and needed a moment after the drive through the mountains. We drove in the rain and fog and it was a new experience. This place was at the entrance of town. The HOPE name caught our attention and we stopped. We were greeted before we made it through the door and the young lady smiled the whole time. Overwhelmed by the character and beauty of the place, I immediately started taking pictures. I had the small wrap and small turnip soup which is really a brothy bean, turnip, sausage deliciousness that I could have eaten a gallon of. Mine was served with my choice of cornbread (jalapeno, corn cheese awesomeness). This is a definite stop if youre in Dade county, GA.
