2 /5 xenia ryzhik: We visited this restaurant for the second time. Our first visit left an excellent impression; however, unfortunately, the second experience was disappointing.
The appetizer was served only after 30 minutes, and the main course arrived another half hour later. In total, we waited for more than an hour, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this level.
The lamb was served cold, although this type of meat should be served hot. The offer to simply “reheat” the dish sounded quite unprofessional for an establishment of such standing. The second main course — pork — was not only undercooked but also cold, which is absolutely unacceptable, as pork should never be served either raw or chilled. The only hot item on the plate was the side dish.
In the end, we returned the lamb and left the restaurant. It’s a real pity, as our first visit left only positive impressions. For a place considered one of the best in the area, this level of service and food quality was deeply disappointing.
