Jesus Christ After the passing of my father we tried to close out his accounts with the Rossville branch. We were given the run around even though we had all the paperwork. Forced to open two more accounts just to close out one. After months and another 8hr trip to go back to the bank we decided to go to a different branch. Brittany at the Ringgold branch took care of us in record time and we were on our way without hassle. A few hrs later at the bank closing time she called us to let us know there was another account that had been missed. She promptly made every effort to accommodate us while we were still in town. She not only deserves a raise. She should be be the bank training agent on how to conduct customer service!!!

cheeze (cheeze) I’m feeling kinda sad today because I looked and seen these 1 star reviews from people that seem to think the world starts and stops with them. I’ve been at this bank for more than 10 years and the people inside the bank have changed over the years but their values haven’t changed. They offer face to face interaction and obviously that’s at a premium… Also every successful business has open and closed schedule and as a customer I know these hours. I feel the current staff inside do a great job and they’re actually at a job unlike most of society. It could be way worse. Why do we worry about the 1 percent of unsatisfied that will stay unsatisfied? Thank you Ringgold branch for all you do!

AndreTheGiantSlayer Recently called in because I ordered a new debt card two months ago with an address change, however was informed by the branch manager that a card was never sent out 2 month ago. Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again. Chris if you’re reading this, I remember when banking was personal, it was called Capital Bank

Matthew A. I cant thank Andrea and her staff enough or think any higher of the quality of their work. They are professional, organized, and make the whole process exceptionally stress free. Andrea, in particular, is outstanding and exceedingly friendly. She is always helpful and incredibly responsive, as well. As with all her clients, she certainly has a client for life in me. I just hope she decides to take on new clients soon so I can actually send over the people I brag to about her work! Additionally, I love that everything comes in a neat package for me to file in my personal records each year.
