1 /5 Breianna Asher: Fraudsters! These people wont bother putting your paycheck in your account until the following monday, meaning they get to use it before you do! Also, I went in there to close my account and the lady claimed she couldnt do it that day because I had to deposit money to restore it after overdrafting but I recovered it in cash in person with the teller. She is on CAMERA promising me that she would close the account the following day claiming she couldnt do it then due to the money processing in.. (mind you i gave her the full amount in cash....) I also asked her to please block any charges that might try to come through as I had explained to her I was done banking with them and did not want anything going through on that account. She claimed she couldnt prevent any of that from happening. So guess what happened, the account over drafted again because I hadnt had a chance to swap over one account with my new banks information. These people expect me to pay for the losses and damage done intentionally to me. They can all kick rocks, I call down a curse upon them! I will be contacting the better business bureau about this! Find a new bank and FAST!

Consider this a formal notice. I am contacting my attorney to discuss the actions I can legally take against your bank for the malicious way they have violated me and cost me very damagingly.

On the day I went in there and handed your teller the full cash amount to restore my account from the negative so I could specifically close the account. I am on camera walking inside your building and doing so. Your teller is on CAMERA lying to my face saying she could not close the account that day because she had to wait for the money to process through when I literally just handed her the full cash amount. Cash doesnt need check processing time. I also asked her to block any charges that might try to come through and she is on CAMERA saying she cant do that either. Since theres nothing your teller could do that means your bank is at fault for all the fees purposely piled upon me because I did in fact try to approach this the correct way.
I will be copying this letter and making it public so that every other local consumer can know what yall are really about.
